Thanks for video, I decided I'll buy this game, but I spotted a small error on video: The rules says "Place the remaining Building Tiles in 2 equally divided piles next to the Game Board,", not in 3 piles as you did.
Anytime you move, you can move to a building with higher value or to a new landmark (or even the built landmark, but that must be empty). And yes - you must put a key on it!
Rules say on Page 5 to move a Key (that is already out) to an unoccupied Landmark that is already on the Game Board (put there earlier by you or another player and that Key has moved on to another landmark over it). OR "first add an available Landmark from the general supply to the District that your Key is in and then move your Key onto it". It's not clear that it counts as one or two turns though it only makes sense if they also consider Landmarks as 'Buildings' and therefore it counts as one turn : 1-Place a Building 2-Perform an Action (purchase the building). There is no separate action described in the rulebook to 'Take a Landmark'.

I have checked my english rules and they say 3 piles. They even show 3 piles next to the board on page 2-3 of the rulebook.
