exactly what i was thnking, maybe it has something to do with them already moving maybe kinda to the rhythm of the beat, it's easy to syncrhonyze steps with it, but also the energy they unleash, the dopamine and different processes triggered due to cardio, or maybe cause there were not damn police officers running him for once
