For the first example, is it possible in the last sentence to not repeat the subject "de la viande", as it was done in the previous sentence?

No I think it’s correct
The former emphasizes on that phrase. But you'd rather use that for ads or an oral speech to convince people. The latter is more formal (and more 'correct', appreciated). Both are correct though
Je ne suis pas végétarienne, je suis végétalienne ^ _ ^ Pour les animaux, mais cela me fait aussi beaucoup de bien. Je mange beaucoup de légumes mais je suis peut-être paresseux. Je dois cuisiner plus!

Because:
J'ai mangé trop DE viande. -> I ate too much (OF) meat.
J'ai mangé DE LA viande. -> I ate (SOME) meat.

I'm using ur channel to revise my French which I learnt in high school . Can u please make a video on different French accents? When I listen to audios to I get confused because different speakers use different accents.

@Juan Sanchez I can't agree. I am no grammar wizard, but I was taught from the start that car is for written French only. Perhaps Alexa can chime in.
Well yeah you use car when writing (cause it's short actually) but not when speaking usually... for some reason. If one were to say "car" it'd be totally fine though, probably even more sophisticated and thus appreciated than "parce que" or "puisque" to be honest.

Oui, je suis végétarien parce que, à mon avis, je crois que manger la viande est mauvais pour la planète a cause des émissions de gaz à effet de serre que les industries de la viande et de l’agriculture produisent. Aussi, je suis contre la cruauté sur les animaux et je déteste l’idée des fermes en batterie, où se trouvent la plupart des animaux. Je crois que les animaux doivent courir librement et ne pas être tués.
