Did you miss the Dalmatian puppy? You just have to clean the poster of Curella, yep spelled correctly. I think you also may have to clean her name graffiti. The poster is cheap if you sell it but the dog is adorable.
I also have a gamer pc with a good video card and RAM memory. When I play, I try to keep all other apps closed and stop background running applications that are not important. I still have some drops on the quality when I make larger houses, after I added a lot of furniture, though.
