I've enjoyed every wave, every tear, every Man O War, every half culpit, every black and white dolphin, every pink rainbow, every time you try to hide how incredibly hard it was and still cracked a smile for us! I've enjoyed every second of your journey! Two related themes jumped out at me from this video: first you are just delighted when you've got your boat going as fast as it can go and, second, that you get really ticked off with anything that gets in the way of that and fix it at the first oportunity. However clearly infeasable that might be. You could go far...... Oh, you just did!!

Congratulations on your achievement in completing the toughest and most challenging single handed yacht race. Your competitive drive and optimism helped you to overcome some devastating setbacks, such as finding the resolve to replacing a failing rudder in the middle of the southern ocean. Thanks for sharing your adventure with us. You definitely have the communication and writing skills to take on an alternative carreer as a yachting journalist / videographer! I wish you every success in your quest to find the right yacht for the next Vendee Globe, and I look forward to following your next race.
