- Hey everyone and welcome to The Hexi Shirt! This garment is perfect for the summer. It's loose and drapey and looks amazing short or long! I have used some 4ply yarn which I have dyed myself and a 6mm hook but you can use whatever yarn you wish! I look forward to seeing everyone’s version of The Hexi Shirt.
The tutorial is in US TERMS and is perfect for an adventurous beginner. It really is a great mindless project!

I'm not a fan of long tutorials, but I liked the shirt and wanted to see it made. I did use the time stamps ro skip some parts. I love the yarn; it made up beautifully. I like the collar addition. 😊
Thank you Kelly. Your shirt looks fantastic. Love the colours. I've just finished the 2xl size. I'll take pics tomorrow and tag you on fb or Instagram. It's been great fun crocheting along with you as usual.
So glad l found this! I am new to crochet and have a bag of pretty 4 ply yarn that has been crying out to be made into a light summer top.....have tried so many different granny square patterns with no luck. THEN .....you rock up with this.....the answer to my prayers! Can't wait to get started!! Love your wool too❤

Hello , Leonard!
You're a bad girl, Kelly... In the last week, I've (finally) finished two of your hexicardigan pattern (varied according to my girls' different tastes!) as well as your Four Square Jumper for a third daughter. Was ready to finally ready to pick up my knitting needles to make something for me...and you tip up with this irresistible little number! I know exactly which daughter will appreciate this one, and of course I'm going to have to crack on with it immediately! Thank goodness I have yarns coming out of my ears!!!!
