"Da Vinci" isn't a name. It means "from (the village of) Vinci." His name was Leonardo, with no surname. Using Da Vinci as his last name is like saying Jesus' last name was "Of Nazareth." (Dan Brown spoiled everything.) Also, Dagobert doesn't mean "dragon pharaoh." It means "day-bright." It's a Germanic name and -bert is common in Germanic names: Robert, Herbert, Albert, etc. The Merovingians spoke Frankish, a Germanic language. Your etymology of Rosslyn is also wrong. It's from Scottish Gaelic. There is no known connection between the Knights Templar and the Rosicrucians. Those places in France (Rennes etc.) are from attested Gaulish (Celtic) names with no reference to serpents. There is no special connection between the Merovingians and ancient Mesopotamian civilization, which are too far separated by time and distance. Dragon is from a Greek word (drakôn) and has nothing to do with Dagon. Levite means "son of Levi" and has no connection with Leviathan. In Hebrew, the vowel in the first syllable is different. Jesus' words in Matthew 16:28 aren't a gift of immortality, they're a prediction that the apocalypse would happen in the lifetime of some of the Apostles. (It didn't.) There is no connection between English words for horse and words for serpent. Nag is a Germanic word that has only ever meant a kind of horse. There is no evidence that the Green Men in many Medieval churches have a pagan origin. Methuselah, not Melchizedek, is the longest living character in the Bible. Ancient sources say the druids wore white, not green. There are other errors but I got tired of writing them down. Was there anything in the video about the Holy Grail? Come on, Timeline, you can do better than this.

Since the "Holy Grail" is an invention of malicious indoctrinators seeking to dominate the masses with their stories, it's in no way surprising that a plethora of holy grails have popped up all over the world, claiming the mystical powers of something that never was. In a similar way, the church "fathers" claimed finger bones they had in their possession once belonged to apostles to such a degree than most of the apostles could only have been genetic freaks with polydactyly. There's no other way to account for the proliferation of so many bones supposedly belonging to the same saint or apostle.

By the way, in the entirety of John 18, there is only one mention of Malchus and it does not mention any endowment of immortality to man whose significance to the theme of that chapter was co-incidental, at best, and minimal, at worst. If there be supporting documentation for the assertion, that should have been made clear at this time mark in this production, or an offering of an explanation that this idea is an assumptive part of the myth.

The Gospels were written long after the death of Jesus. Women prepared the passover meal and cleaned up afterwards what was most likely simple cups and dinnerware. No holy powers were associated with ‘relics” until the gentiles (Romans, Greeks, etc) injected their pagan beliefs, especially the Catholic church to make converts. Remember, the initial Christians were predominantly Jewish as were the Apostles.

@@Horvat04 The books of the New Testament were written over a span of several decades, with most scholars dating them from around 50 AD to 110 AD, well after the death of Jesus. The exact dates are often debated due to the lack of direct historical evidence and are usually inferred based on linguistic, thematic, and historical analysis. I encourage you to read the below, check out the sources I site, and see for yourself.
Pauline Epistles: These are among the earliest texts, with scholars generally agreeing that they were written in the mid-1st century. For instance, the First Epistle to the Thessalonians is often considered one of the earliest, possibly written around 50 AD. (Source: Raymond E. Brown, An Introduction to the New Testament, 1997)
Gospels: The four canonical gospels - Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John - were likely written between 70 AD and 110 AD. Mark is typically considered the earliest, possibly written around 70 AD, while John is often regarded as the latest, potentially written in the 90s or even slightly later. (Source: Bart D. Ehrman, The New Testament: A Historical Introduction to the Early Christian Writings, 2012)
Acts and Remaining Epistles: The Acts of the Apostles and the remaining epistles (like those of Peter, James, and John) are generally dated between the 70s and the early 2nd century. The dating often depends on theological themes, writing style, and historical context. (Source: D. A. Carson & Douglas J. Moo, An Introduction to the New Testament, 2005)
Revelation: The Book of Revelation is traditionally dated to the reign of Emperor Domitian (81-96 AD). However, some scholars suggest an earlier date, during the reign of Nero (54-68 AD), but the Domitian reign period is more widely accepted. (Source: Craig R. Koester, Revelation: A New Translation with Introduction and Commentary, 2014)

The holy grail is not a cup, its Jesus's blood line. The knights Templar went to the holy city to find that line. When they found it the church took the information and hid it in the Vault in Rome. After this the French king torched the knights and killed them, and the church did nothing, as now know one can speak out on what they found.

Reading the comments, just shows you how many people didn't actually watch this video and are commenting because the title (at the moment) says it's about the 'Holy Grail'. This documentary does not talk about the 'Holy Grail' as in the cup Jesus used to drink at the last supper. It instead compares information between two books:
[The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown] vs. [Holy Blood Holy Grail by Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh & Henry Lincoln]

the fact there is no holy grail, it cannot be found it can never be found!!
It was a random cup in that house during the last supper!! Unless the cups were dedicated to each member even than its 2% chances of being found!!
Nobody would have paid attention to the cups with all the events which took place after the last supper!!
anyway you dont need a cup or veil or crown of thrones!! just pray
