I know … I just felt bad for her with all the pinned up energy and let her walk with me sometimes .. your right .. might have got one earlier if I left her behind .. when the moose was spotted she stayed in the truck until the deed was done for sure lol .. thanks for watching !!

My wife grew up in Churchill Falls and recognized the Brinco bridge over the Churchill River instantly lol. Went to Labrador for our honeymoon in 2004, still the most beautiful place I've ever seen.
That river is flowing right to the tree line for the past couple week .. really wish I got video of that on the way back but it was to dark !! Lately they’ve been spilling the overflow once in a While .. really something worth seeing !!
@@northernoutdooradventures Oh man, that would be awesome to see. Going to hopefully be out that way next summer visiting the in-laws. They're in Bay Roberts but still have a cabin near CF that they spend summers at. This Alberta boy needs some of that clean Labrador air again lol.
That resto+ corner store in Churchill falls has the best barley soup in the world, only good people if not best in Canada are living in that town.👍🌹
Wish i knew you guys was over here moose hunting , I could have been your guide for a few days , I thought i knew 45 quite well but I can 't figure out that little water fall, maybe it looks different on camera ,.Awesome hunt , take care , God Bless

Wife was all blaze orange behind the camera lol … we took ours off and hung it in a tree behind her when we got to the moose , gotta keep it clean for next year lol .. thanks for watching

It is illegal to hunt Big Game with a dog. It is clearly stated under the topic of dogs on page 35 of the Hunter and Trappers guide. You may want to leave the dog at the camp vs. risk losing everything should a warden happen to drive by. The warden actually has the right, by law, to put the dog down, on sight, if they felt the dog was harassing any big game.
Beautiful spot and grats.
It was all cleaned by wildlife enforcement before the hunt took place .. as long as the dog is supervised under control by the owner and not harassing or disturbing any wildlife you are allowed to take your dog along .. Bailey did not hunt at any point on this trip …. She’s only a pup and to young to bring back birds yet .. moose training is definitely not in the books .. Most of the video with her in it was only a potty break for her and to stretch her legs from being pinned up in the truck ….

It is illegal to have a dog with you when you moose hunt.Not judging,just for your information.
No it’s not .. I’m not sure about using the dog for moose hunting or trying to flush them out or something along those lines 🤷🏻♂️.. but she was kept with us and under control just as a hunting buddy lol …. a hunting buddy that sleeps a lot and snores loud lol 😂 .. thanks for watching !

My apologies.. that was my fault, in all the excitement of finally seeing a shooter I totally just went into hunt mode and forgot all about the camera … but it was a great head shot lol ..hopefully next season I won’t get so excited .. thanks for watching !
