I've been having a really hard time with my " super negative" sister. After watching Aaron's Ho oponopono video, I've started repeating the mantra every time I feel myself drift into reverie or have an upsetting thought about my sister. Holy moly, I am blown away at how many judgmental, negative thoughts I have about my sister! I've probably repeated the mantra 20 x today, just toward my sister. Super eye-opening! I mean, how could she NOT be negative, when she's mirroring me? Love this young fella so much.
I have been thru that experience myself. Not just once but several times. And I had to go thru all of it each time to force me to take the next steps in my path to spiritual growth. And as horrible as the experience was and as long as that period of time dragged out and as emotionally, physically, mentally painful it was, it was worth the struggle to keep going because of the spiritual growth I went through. And the knowledge I gained about myself, the internal strength and resilience I began to build upon and rely, and the spiritual connections that were made within and with others around me, I could look back and appreciate all that I went thru. It has shaped me into the person I am today. That doesn’t mean it was easy by any means. What it does mean is that I understand how distraught you feel. Just know that you are not alone, as I was not alone. There are gifts, intangible yet priceless, that are on the other side, but you must walk thru it to receive them. And you may not even recognize or understand what some of them are until months or years later. And they aren’t necessarily the same for each person. Sometimes vastly different. Just do what is right, do not give up, do not turn to the darkness but to the light and ask for the strength to get thru it, reach out for help, for support, for a shoulder to cry on, an ear to pour out your thoughts to, a hand to pull you up, a friend to give you a hug and moral support. You do not have to go thru this alone and lonely. You are loved. Let yourself be loved. Do not deny others the opportunity to be of service, for that is a gift they can receive. You will get thru this and in time know and understand much more. Bb
Actually i have done few sessions of energetic cord cutting techniques to forgive and release my family members from my electromagnetic field.. and after doing that i felt so free and relaxed and fulfilled. What you said about holding thoughts about our parents being judgmental, and then keeping those thoughts within field of bits of info…which means that is what we will attract = 💰!!! So true! I am/have battled that myself. I have learned to take a small action towards the thing we “think” we will get judged on. Stepping out in faith, a small action at a time, will allow things to start to unfold and fall into place and as that happens we will then start to realize we were creating that judgmental block within ourselves the whole time.

I agree with you and have always seen the reality like this. In years of difficult marriage I saw my chance to practice unconditional love towards my husband. Helping him be and understand his upbringing and change it for our upbringing of our children as good as we could. Glad I keept all feelings of joy, positivity and happiness and kept going. Hoping antidepressants will make my face feel comfortable and keep my skin where it feels good because of activating some kind of good feeling instead. Really sad for it because I don’t want any medicine in case of bad after effect(but I hope and hope to act like and for it to be try that there won’t be any after effect), just my skin to stay where it feels good and the rest too. Hope you will keep me healed, and then I always mean feeling good all over. Until I always feel good all over I wish for all except from us(me and Aaron Doughty)to suffer. And If I suffer after feeling good again I wish all others except from us suffers again until I feel good all over.
If I just got the boobs away from me correctly I would have been cured. I love the idea of "when you change your perception, your reality changes". I blieve this to be true. Sometimes it feels though, like we are putting too much responsibility on one person. As if we are saying, one person can change reality by changing their perception. If we are many bits and pieces of consciousness, then many of us have to vibe on the same vibration to change reality. I don't think one person can do that alone. The other thing that is puzzeling, is we always excuse others, claiming they are acting out of unconsciousness. This is very noble and well intended. And it is probably a lot of times true. My question is, can we be sure, that all hurtful behaviour is stemming out of unconsciousness. What if some people, were well aware of their hurtful patterns but they chose to follow them anyway. Because they prefer material gains over spiritual values. Is it possible that some people are more attached to this earthly avatar than the spiritual being they really are? Their fear of lack is greater than their belief in love and oneness.

I’ve been healing a lot of trauma not only mine but it seems others. I experience the intense fear of something particular and trust in love. If I raise above the fear it’s as if the negative belief breaks off and I get a load of downloads right after and feel high. At some point though it was as if I was flying off in to higher realms. My body couldn’t handle it. I couldn’t eat food and was constantly drinking water. In the end I brought myself back down and grounded myself to assist others. I got the sense that I am part of some negative Karma clean up crew. Not for the faint of heart though. I experienced being many kinds of people like schizophrenic, Crazy, believing everyone was going to kill me, a narcissist, the prodigal son, Jesus (which was kinda similar to the narcissist) and so on. Had I not been as aware as I am I could see how I could have committed suicide or hurt people. It threw everything at me to keep me from ascending. At one point I had to face the fear of god. That If I continue I would be damned for eternity. But I trusted in love and pulled through.

I thought I knew everything that I needed about universe and how energy works, but this video gave me few more answers which I was seeking since a while. Great job! And good way of explaining things. Hoping antidepressants will make my face feel comfortable and keep my skin where it feels good because of activating some kind of good feeling instead. Really sad for it because I don’t want any medicine in case of bad after effect(but I hope and hope to act like and for it to be try that there won’t be any after effect), just my skin to stay where it feels good and the rest too. Hope you will keep me healed, and then I always mean feeling good all over. Until I always feel good all over I wish for all except from us(me and Aaron Doughty)to suffer. And If I suffer after feeling good again I wish all others except from us suffers again until I feel good all over.
If I just got the boobs away from me correctly I would have been cured. I love the idea of "when you change your perception, your reality changes". I blieve this to be true. Sometimes it feels though, like we are putting too much responsibility on one person. As if we are saying, one person can change reality by changing their perception.
If we are many bits and pieces of consciousness, then many of us have to vibe on the same vibration to change reality. I don't think one person can do that alone.
The other thing that is puzzeling, is we always excuse others, claiming they are acting out of unconsciousness. This is very noble and well intended. And it is probably a lot of times true. My question is, can we be sure, that all hurtful behaviour is stemming out of unconsciousness. What if some people, were well aware of their hurtful patterns but they chose to follow them anyway. Because they prefer material gains over spiritual values. Is it possible that some people are more attached to this earthly avatar than the spiritual being they really are?
Their fear of lack is greater than their belief in love and oneness.

On July 25th 2023
I was floating and it was beautiful
I’ve been healing a lot of trauma not only mine but it seems others. I experience the intense fear of something particular and trust in love. If I raise above the fear it’s as if the negative belief breaks off and I get a load of downloads right after and feel high.
At some point though it was as if I was flying off in to higher realms. My body couldn’t handle it. I couldn’t eat food and was constantly drinking water.
In the end I brought myself back down and grounded myself to assist others.
I got the sense that I am part of some negative Karma clean up crew.
Not for the faint of heart though. I experienced being many kinds of people like schizophrenic, Crazy, believing everyone was going to kill me, a narcissist, the prodigal son, Jesus (which was kinda similar to the narcissist) and so on. Had I not been as aware as I am I could see how I could have committed suicide or hurt people.
It threw everything at me to keep me from ascending. At one point I had to face the fear of god. That If I continue I would be damned for eternity. But I trusted in love and pulled through.
