Hi afa, very nice curries. I wantd an advice from u afa. some people say curries taste better in alluminium saucepans and not.nonstick saucepan. Do u feel this is true?
@@lubnaslifestyleuk9106 I think so too but feel confused coz people keep saying otherwise. I find it easier cooking chicken, baazi, prawn bhuna in nonstick . And cook meat and fish in aluminum.
@@DH-jv4rt it's very hard nowadays to get quality cookware as non of it is pure metal anymore , but if you go for stainless steel (5 ply) , cast iron and clay are good for cooking . I guess clay would be hard to use In here so the first one is better

আপা .. সবকটি রান্না অসাধারন হয়েছে। মাশাহ আল্লাহ। আমি প্রথম রান্নার সময় রসুন দেই। রসুন একটু ভাজা হওয়ার পর পিয়াজ দেই। তাতে রান্নার স্বাদ অনেকটা বেড়ে যায়। আপনি টিক বলেছেন। ধন্যবাদ আপা এতো মজার মজার রান্না আমাদের সাথে সেয়ার করার জন্য। ভালো থাকবেন। আর আমি অপেক্ষা করছি আপনার শাড়ির কালেকশন দেখানোর জন্য। যাই হউক আশা করি দেখাবেন।
