They laughed at the comments when we were critiquing them. Came out and performed how they practice. At this point the coaches just need to make cuts. It’s unacceptable how they’ve been working on this routine for so long and performed it like they just learned it.

They performed how they practice. despite the stunting mess up that shouldn’t have affected the rest of the performance. a lot of them half ass in practice and if showed on the mat. there were tons of mess ups on the mat from the BEGINNING from girls who didn’t deserve those front row spots. facials were horrible. flyers were in the air with no smiles. only about 3 girls truly performed.

Absolutely, it's becoming so sad to watch this team because we all want them to succeed. They continually show lack of respect for just about everything all-star cheer stands for and it shows on the mat. How they got a bid to summit is questionable at this point. I know many teams with quadruple the talent who didn't get a bid who would take their spot and really shine and give it the respect it deserves. Did they get it through wildcard last season or being the only ones in their division at a competition? Were they just that much better last season? Right now I am not even sure why they would spend the money to go to Summit. It's not about winning at this point, it's about always doing your best and most of them are not even doing the bare minimum and it completely shows.

You can tell miss Destiny really tries hard and really want this! She gave face, her stunts hit, great energy. I feel like everyone else was forgettable this routine, even Spears which is shocking. Royals performance looked good btw

I don't agree because at the end of the day. The ladies need to take ownership and they gotta want it. A coach can only put that 🔥🔥 on you but I get what you saying here with the coaches not being hard on them from day one! These ladies needs to respect their coaches or stay home

I don’t think it’s the coaches fault it’s the girls that didn’t show up that made it harder on the team it’s not the coaches fault the girls don’t take practice serious the coaches should enforce punishment for disrespect tho cause there’s a lot of disrespect and back talking but it’s definitely 50/50 the coaches hve to stop being so lenient because it’s obviously they’re taking advantage 🤷🏾♀️
@@mssan2016 these aren't little 8 or 10y/os when a squad don't hit their routine n competition they been spending time trying to profect in practice it's the squad's fault it's about accountability. Coaches can't only hope they can put it all on the mat. This is competitive cheerleading not some little Pop Warner squad. No different than a high school squad their failures are on them
@@ericford4490 Duhh, lve coached it all and it is the coaches fault because if these ladies had been fully prepared from day 1, the wouldn't look like this period. Their technique in basic stunting and tumbling is horrible, there are no consequences for actions, there is no real structure or discipline on this team. Coaches should've been cut over half of this team for various reasons. How you have a level 4 team and they can't put up a simple level 1 prep at the last minute. My smallest flyer stepped up to base, when one of my best main bases was injured in comp. lts no excuse from the girls yes, but it starts at the top period. Ain't no way my teams looking like that on the floor. Let's be honest, they haven't had a great performance yet! l hate when our black teams look like this. lts embarrassing! And for the record my Tiny Novice team cleaner and more verse than this!

No hate at all but like they wasn’t showing no type of emotion and like a day or 2 in practice y’all need to teach them that , some of them have such attitudes and don’t listen YOU HAVE TO PUNISH THEM , and they messed up so many times because they had no type of energy most of them looked like they didn’t want to cheer ...I never seen them smile ... they have been working on this routine for almost a year in a couple of months and act like it’s hard to do a routine without someone here ... I love these girls but I ain’t impressed I’m annoyed ash 🙄 . And they don’t even be working together .. they are all talented but they be half a*s doing the routine when it’s time to do it full out . THEY DIDNT HIT NOTHING NOT EVEN MY FAVV PART !! Da splitssss which is the last thing , it was so off beat and effortlessly.and sorry but when she was crying she know she didn’t hit ....... IF SHE WANTED THAT WIN SOOOOO BADLY OR WANTED TO HIT SHE SHOULDVE PUSHED HER AND HER TEAM A LOT HARDER . if I can come where y’all live and teach y’all a few things I would and I’m just a kid but I used to cheer 🤍🤍🤍 all love tho
I’m going to say this in the nicest way possible y’all performed how y’all practiced. When it’s a group sport you can’t have half the team going all in and the other half goofing. It’s a team sport for a reason. Still love y’all and know y’all can do it if y’all put the work in.
I feel the exact same way…. Not everyone is giving 100% the facials aren’t there and the dance moves are not sharp and precise as they could be… if they would get it together and stop playing in practice they would be a great team… maybe she should start cutting people off the squad to see some improvement
They performed how they practice😭the energy from the get go was like “ok we know we not going to hit”. I hate that cause y’all really have potential but 2 people can’t carry the team. have these girls count at practices they don’t know their counts and it shows. great routine filled with good elements it’s just the skills aren’t executed. The younger teams look better. Coaches practice more discipline child, family member or long time family friend or not you are a coach aside from all of that period!! There’s nothing funny at a competition when you make baby mistakes that you laugh at in practice the coaches are doing their jobs now it’s time for y’all to do y’all’s at practice and at competition Goodluck at the next comp💙
If y’all make mistakes on the floor, it’s hard not to show it on your face but fake it until you make it. It will also keep your energy and mindset up. Stuff happens, people fall but y’all will get better and have been getting better, just keep working girlies 🧚🏽♀️✨
With reps, conditioning and an attitude change, this team would be fire. There’s so much potential with these girls. Coaches, get tougher on them! Demand greatness and respect and don’t let up until they meet your standards which should be pretty high. These ladies are more than capable of hitting a beautiful routine.
It lacked a lot of energy, great routine but they’re not selling me. I can see by their facial expressions that they’re not having fun as they should.
S/o to Destiny for trying to give facials throughout the entire routine..Everyone else faces were boring. They looked tired & bored. Coaches y’all have to stop babying these young women. I didn’t see anything good about this performance. Faces was a dud, stunts a dud, energy dud. This was worse than their practice.

Hi, I am a Allstar cheerleader and I have noticed that the coaches count a lot for the athletes at practice and at competitions and that is why they are so off and don’t know there counts because they don’t count for themselves ... so I think they should count all together and have a lot more mate talk on the floor .. they all need to talk to each other in the routine because the coaches can’t get them through the routine the athletes themselves.... you guys did good but for when you go to summit in Orlando there will be some good teams and the coaches won’t be able to count for you guys.. so mate talk a lot it will help you a lot ... GOOD LUCK AT SUMMIT ☘️

Babbyyyyy SPEARS and DESTINY are IT! They PERFORMED! If everyone mirrors that energy and performance ability, man you guys would blow everyone away! These young ladies have got to get more serious in practice. Practice makes PERMANENT (not perfect), and that showed. The discipline needs to be there in order for them to do better next time.
The back spot for Kendall’s group didn’t know the timing at all she kept holding Kendall when it was time for her to be let go and that messed up the timing

Exactly! I understand these are teenage girls, but hell these are ATHLETES. How do you as a coach let them not take practice seriously, show up late, not have shoes, talk over you etc. and then when they are embarrassed by their performance coddle them? In no way am I saying to belittle them! But this is a direct consequence of lack of discipline. When I was on the team back in the day it was practice full out each time (effort wise) or get cut!!
@@soccerqueen4life2 this is so true . When I did Allstar cheerleading , if we would've performed like that we would have been damn near cussed out and next practice would be all conditioning. I think the coaches don't push them hard enough and don't make them take true accountability for their mistakes. They have so much potential but if no one is gonna push them they will never improve

As coaches its nice to be a friend, but y’all need to push them harder. Be honest with them so they can fix their mistakes and not go out embarrassed. Summit is so close and its time to take it seriously.

These ladies need to be whipped into shape. They play allll day fr and then are surprised by their performance. I see so much potential in them. They could definitely be great if they took practice as serious as competitions. Focus on timing as well, I always notice when the stunts and tumbles are off. I would love to see the coaches be much harder on them and push push push.

The routine... I'm going to keep it real...no smiles you ladies looked worried and scared out there. Where's the energy!!! You guys didn't look the part, where was the fun!! No one was looking happy out there you can see in your eyes, n your transitions, ur body language read let's get out of here.. if I was the coach I would show them this video at every practice so they can see what they looked like it was terrible and I know you ladies can do 10x better. Let's start taking practice more seriously, and stop the lip chopping and listen. Learn to feed off each other's energy.. Suck up the mistakes you make on the floor, if you don't let it go or it will press on you throughout the routine....And Let's Go Ladies!!!!
Everybody was scared about the stunts and they all looked bored not one smile proud of destiny cause she hit each stunt and usually she has problems so great job to her and kendalle it’s ok your normally really good it was the stunt group change

I didn't see nearly enough facial and sass except during the dance part of the routine.. it wasn't popping the routine didn't have equal pacing which took the 🔥 out this performance.
I don’t think they did bad at all . I do feel like it’s to many dead parts with people standing there and doing nothing . But overall this was a great performance and the quick change executed perfect
Normally Spears stick out amongst other girls but this time I did not see her. I had to look for her. Destiny rocked it! The energy from some was up but not everyone. Seems like they were nervous 😬. Hopefully they don’t let this performance affect others but instead grow from it
It’s very important to perform every time you practice because if you half step in practice you will half step when you perform and y’all have got to take practice more serious when you guys came out your energy wasn’t there you came out defeated you ladies are an amazing team and you guys can do it just work harder and hold eachother accountable your coaches believe in you so believe in yourselves

It’s interesting that the coaches daughter was infront majority of the routine and didn’t know her counts or choreography! She is a HINDRANCE to the team because of her laziness and lack of awareness that she is still a member of the team regardless of her kinship to the owner. And coaches, I’m sure you know your athletes more than I however from the outside looking in....the energy was LOW! As a judge, I saw no personality and no drive from majority of the team. Also, uniformity is a huge problem on this team. Some had bows, some didn’t, some had mid-drifts and some had mesh covers. Just looks tacky. Lastly, I do understand last minute changes but athletes have got to understand that THE SHOW MUST GO ON. IDC if I change your base before I press play. You need to give it your all every time you hit the mat because you never know when it’s your last time! I absolutely commend the coaches for dealing with “Empress” because that team is a challenge. Everybody was so embarrassed but I didn’t see any effort in the damn warm up room. There should’ve been a burst of energy, urgency and awareness from the time they woke up that morning. Weather a team member is missing or not, as an athlete, I must do my best not only for myself but for my TEAM!!!!!!! Great effort ladies. I see progression but not enough! Keep going athletes and coaches!

I love seeing Giles leader side instead of just the attitude. She may have been more of a leader and we just never saw it on camera but it was definitely good to see her step up and have faith in the team. I think y’all did great considering the circumstances but anything you felt like you could have done better PRACTICE IT IN PRACTICE AND TAKE IT SERIOUSLY it’s all about effort y’all got it ❤️‼️
They did good but they need to practice at home not just at practice! If they want to get better they need to take their critics and apply them.

Every practice is showtime! Especially mr being an actor myself coming from a performance standpoint on stage. Imagine you are performing in every practice and that would become a standard when you reach competition NO MATTER WHO IS NOT THERE. “If you stay ready you never have to get ready”. 1000000000000% every time!
as a cheerleader .. i know that they do not put in work and it shows it’s no way they can barely do a simple prep .. as a flyer .. they are not tight and they do not stand up in the stunt and they blame it on the bases .. they have to learn how to hold they’re own weight maybe try hang-drills but u can never tell somebody something maybe they don’t want to do .
Wasn't bad but wasn't good. You guys have great skills and great group of young ladies that so talented. Flyers in your sponge positions make sure you guys are using your arms to push off. Base make sure u guys and catching the fliers feet and belly botton high than instead of trying to use your arms muscle to push up your fliers use and bending with your knees and also using your making the transition alot smoother and easy to get your bases up. Just a few tips. I love watching you girls i was a male cheerleader and i also coached so this was really awesome to watch.

As a allstar cheerleader for 12 year’s and a cheer judge for 3 years I definitely applaud you girls. I know things happen one of my team member broke her leg the day before our competition and she want a center flyer but we pushed through. Key points the judges don’t know your routine they only know you mess up when you show it on your face . Amazing job ladies flyers don’t count in the air do some amazing facials make sure your hair isn’t hitting the mat i know it harder to tumble because your trying not to step on your hair. Your only as good as your last practice. get serious Keeping pushing you can only get better from this point on 💪🏾

In all honesty the energy was bland even when they ran out in the beginning. How you practice is how you perform . Understood the disadvantages, but it’s a learning lesson for everyone even the coaches . I’m excited to see the wow factor afterwards for next competition.keep up the Amazing work

My biggest pet peeve is how after they cradle or bump from an extension, they do it so sloppy. why do they never cleanly catch the flyer.
I noticed that too, even during their practice. They throw the flyer which makes the flyer lose their balance.
It’s a disservice to these girls and their fans to blame the poor performance on one missing athlete. Sure, making last minute adjustments is hard, but y’all can’t tell me you expected them to go out and hit zero even with a full team.

To be honest I love this team but the coaches should not be saying this is good, y’all need to stop sugarcoating this they need to know there mistakes. They messed up so bad but the are a great if the cheerleaders that didn’t show up and didn’t have a emergency, you need to tell the,they put there team in jeopardy and you should tell them if this happens again them they have to suffer for there actions. The cheerleaders who did show and tried them, y’all are amazing and don’t stop because you did that with out some teammates and know that.

Okay for starters. They came out with ZERO energy. I thought they was still doing a practice run coming on the floor like that. I already knew that the energy wasn’t going to be great. When that middle group stunt didn’t hit it looks like they didn’t even try to get her in the air. You can see it on her face lol. And speaking of faces. Only like 4 girls on the whole team is giving faces. Everybody else look dry in the face. Looks like they don’t want to be there. I meannn y’all’s coach is signing y’all up to compete in these competitions.. if y’all know y’all not gonna take it serious in practice. I would pull y’all from the competitions. Until y’all wanna start acting right. Cause y’all was better in the beginning of the year and definitely fell off. Idk if it’s because y’all are getting filmed this season. And it’s the camera that’s distracting you. But something has to change. Y’all actually got worse from the last performance. We thought that one was bad. Mhmmmmm nah .. but I have a question.. is it only going to get worse from here or better ? Lemme know and I’ll just stop watching this team all together. When y’all first came on this TH-cam channel I was like yes finally majority black ALL-STAR team. These girls are about to kill it. But y’all are proving me wrong. Y’all haven’t killed it. Not once. And people give y’all criticism. Your coaches have even sat y’all down and read the things people said about y’all’s team. And y’all still look the same. Still act the same. Like this is not how people grow to be better in life. You gotta take peoples criticism and reevaluate yourself. “ okay why do these people keep saying that I play all day in practice .. maybe it’s because every practice I sit next to my friends and we talk and laugh all practice .. maybe I should do something different today “ and you never know who’s watching these videos. I’m just saying. You can be doing bad one minute. You switch it up and start being a BETTER you. And boom your noticed more. More positive comments about YOUR team. Get it. Y’all say y’all was embarrassed but do y’all be embarrassed in practice.. because it looks the same. The same effort is being given in practice. It VERY WELL SHOWS. That’s why y’all perform the way y’all do. Cut out the laughing and giggling in practice. If y’all have to have a hell week. Have one. Because maybe they will push them to work a lil harder. Maybe change up the exercises before practice. Make them sweat then. So when it’s time to practice they know it’s game time. Like okay y’all shouldn’t be laughing and smiling after being conditioned.. y’all should be out of breath can’t talk Ned water type of work out. Maybe that will help with energy as well.
And to the coaches y’all need to stop lying to these girls. The opening WASNT great. Was we watching the same team ...? Causeeeeee they came out with ZERO and I do mean ZERO energy. Like at all. The one with the braids talking about “ really good very good. Y’all did an amazing job” girl 😂😑 no. You need to stop giving them false feedback like they the best team that hit that mat. And y’all made the excuse of your whole team not being there. Okay what’s the consequences for not going to that competition. I would be like that’s not an excuse because y’all do need a whole team to do a performance but y’all look the EXACT same when everybody is there. Lol I’m sorry I don’t mean to laugh but if I had to rate this performance 1 being the worst and 10 bring the best. I have to give y’all a 3. The performance before was a 5. Yall went down. Coaches y’all are a little bit to nice to these girls for me. Especially after that poor performance.. that’s why there performances aren’t getting better. Because when they do poor like this. Y’all lie to them and say they did a wonderful excellent job. I need to see some yelling or cursing. Get to these girls like their parents be getting to them. Like come on. And I really stopped watching y’all’s videos. Because of the same stuff y’all give us over and over. It’s no growth. People get tired of watching that.
On another note I’m ready to see my ladies from JCE.. I seen my baby over there with here uniform on looking like a model lol. I really thought they was performing next but I guess that’s another video
Why aren’t y’all uniform? Some people aren’t wearing bows, don’t have their hair tied back, have acrylics on, wearing different socks..... I’m not even going start on the terrible technique. Y’all level 4.... where were the layouts? Tick-tocks? Put y’all against cheer extreme and then what? But this still falls back on the coaches.
They are level 3 now. They’re using a level 3 team for Summit.

I don’t know the girl name but she a flyer she is light skin and did a spilt at the end of the performance she was the only one giving face doing everything she needed to do. Everyone else they seem tired and not even sharp motions

There all together but I'm not being mean but just like practice you all are there but there are the one who really didn't get it like PRACTICE IJS If you all pay attention to your Coach it would have been clean like she be tell you all to listen to her when she talk PERIODT!!!! YOU GET OUT WHAT YOU PUT IN AND THAT IN LIFE PERIODT.. Coah its time to get hard on them bench time for 2 dances PERIODT!!!!
