Awesome work!! How did you make the two layers for the Memphis letters? I saw that you overplayed them to have that grayish boundary but on canvas it was one whole piece. How did you have the blue letters and the grayish boundary cut separately? On canvas it was all attached as one piece. Thank you!!!! 🤩
Thank you, SOOO much. I was just asked if I could do this today. I don't do sublimation, but I do have DTV on hand. I knew it would work, my concern was pressing temperatures since both mediums press at different temps. Overthinking, you have reminded me to lay pictures so I can press correctly. Once again thanks for this video.
Loved your video! I was thinking of doing sublimation for my picture, but now I’m thinking of doing this. I do have a sublimation printer, what do you think will have better quality?
Great video! I never thought about using vinyl! Making a stole for my Granddaughter for graduation. Made my first stole last year after watching your video. I've learned so much from watching your tutorials!
@@jstewartslaboratory I do have a question regarding this video because I have a cricut myself and I was wanting to do something like this but a little different so if I could reach out personally that would be great!
Love it, your colors are so vibrant. I just did it for the first time using dtv & it feels so great after pressing! Can I ask what printer settings you use to print on dtv?
Thank you! Yes I was really knowing the way it feels and looks! I don’t have any special settings for my printer. I didn’t change anything from the default settings.
Any inkjet printer. It’s called Siser DTV and you also need the mask. Sheer are both links. Siser DTv-heattransfer.ositracker.com/179107/11767/url_27608 DTV Mask(YOU NEED THIS)-heattransfer.ositracker.com/179107/11767/url_27609

Ok so when I print on the shiny side it comes out with my ink smeared. Does yours do this as well?
Mine doesn’t. You may need to change the paper type on your printer.
Love it!!
Glad you like it! Thanks for watching.
Would the measurements be the same for a slanted stole?
I’m not sure.
I can use any picture to print the images?
And What paper for the transfer?

@@jstewartslaboratory Thank you! Just to make sure I am doing this right I need to print on regular paper o on the siser DTv paper?
Onto the DTV.
Can it be pressed on top of glitter htv?
I'm not sure.
Can you use the masks more than once
Absolutely.
Did you say load it with shiny side facing you? Your volume went down and could barely hear you
Load it so you print on the shiny side.
Congratulations…!!!
My cousin has your exact name. Same first and last name..
That’s crazy lol.
Good video, but at the end, I could not hear you.
Thank you and sorry about the audio issues.
