I was a lonely woman, my husband had left me with two children for a younger woman, barely out of high school. I was a Christian and felt I had done something wrong. I met my new husband through a friend. He wanted to go to church with me. He then wanted to get baptized. As the pastor put him down in the water, I felt a hot bucket of warmth pour over me. I heard the Lord say “this man will be your husband.” I felt sure I would never marry again, but God won. Forty two years later, we still pray together every day, take communion, and seek the Lord. Be encouraged single friends!

I was pregnant in 2004 with my partners child I waited at the coffee shop to meet him so we could discuss marriage before our child was born. I called him & realized he was not going to show up , he abandoned us . I was distraught 😩 I got on the bus to go home & heard Jesus whisper to me “I will be with You do not be afraid “ Jesus was my True Husband & Heavenly Father for me & my Daughter , Hallelujah 😇 5:49

We are literally Gods bride. We are the church, and the Church is His bride. In the new world, we all marry Him. Considering God our spouse is fine. It's obviously not in a sexual way. God was the one who has been helping her raise her child..

As a 27 year old man I can tell you now that's damn near impossible to find nowadays. Real traditional feminie women all disapeared in the previous generation. These modern women are frankly repulsive, no feminity left in them. You'd be very hard pressed to find a woman that hasn't slept around with at least 20+ men these days, not many of us men want to deal with all the trauma and baggage that comes with that and all the godly women get married young so a lot of men are resigning to solitude, not out of choice though. Many had dreams of a family and kids but these modern woman are just nightmares, not fit for raising kids at all at all (not through fault of their own a lot of the time, just how the cards were dealt).
I pray for my single 50 year old son who loves Jesus and is so lonely because he does not have a wife or any children. He so wants this but I have told him Jesus is aligning things and preparing these desires of his heart in God's own timing. I join in prayer with all of you who are praying to find a spouse that God hears you and is preparing and refining you like gold for that Godly person to come into your life! AMEN🙏

You’re on to something here. I’m in my late fifties, divorced and single for five years. I totally committed to God this year. I know that no one suitable has come into my life this past five years because he was waiting for me to fully submit to him. I get it now…🙌✝️
Just a few questions, is your ex a Christian. Has she remarried? If she is a Christian and hasn't remarried, you would be obligated to reconcile with her. Unless she left you, in that case she would be essentially a non-believer. When a Christian is abandoned by their spouse, they become unbound. But a Christian can't abandon their spouse unless it is due to infidelity, that includes non-believer spouses. I would say spousal abuse probably falls under the same justification, though it isn't specifically named in the bible. To repent of sin is not simply to ask for forgiveness. But to turn away from it. So for a Christian to repent, they must follow the guidelines in 1 Corinthians 7. That means returning to the spouse if they are the one that left and no infidelity happened.
AMEN! I just posted my thoughts and there are line with your post. I turned 50 and the expectations , as far as dating.. At this age getting married to "have children" is most likely not a reason to get married. And, the FACT that I'm not going to engage in a "sensual/sexual" relationship.. It's a tough age to be a single, God fearing, obedient Christian. I am grateful we have the Love of God the Father, Jesus and The Holy Spirit to REALLY LOVE US (with a PURE LOVE) and who will ALWAYS be there for US, CARE for us, HEAL us and PROTECT us. The same here. I’m 31 now and most of my relationships were with narcissists. The desire to be married has always been in my heart. Recently I started getting close with God in a way I never had before. He revealed to me why I haven’t been married yet, is because I didn’t pray to him and ask him about my spouse. He has given me dreams and visions for a years now of my husband, and every-time I see someone that looks like him, my heart gets this feeling that I came explain. I was writing a letter to God a few nights ago about marriage and the words flowed about my future husband. Not only want I want in a husband but what God has revealed to me who he is and how he would be. I then asked him give me a sign. I was listening to soft piano music and the next song on the list, the artist looked similar to the one he revealed to me would be my husband. The song after that, same thing. Now I feel God is preparing me. I’m trying to improve things that I didn’t before seeking God for marriage and for evening my life. Before I started to really pray, fast, and read His word. I feel content and happier, like a weight has been lifted off. I feel the healthiest I’ve ever been spiritually and mentally. I sing songs to God and worship him and I feel so happy to do so. When we belong to God and we don’t seek him when it comes to our lives, the enemy will send someone that is the opposite of what God wants for His children. The enemy will send a narcissist because we tried to lead by our own ways. We are not like those of the world and will never be happy with them. God wants us to be with someone that belongs to Him as well. We are not of the world, neither would our spouse be of the world.
Thank you for this word Alwyn. My girlfriend left me in 2018 when I was paralyzed and I thought it was the end of the world. As it turns out, it was God’s way of saving me from myself. I wasn’t a believer at that time, but the isolation and loneliness led me to search and find the truth of Christianity. I cannot possibly be any more grateful that things ended as they did. Even after I became a believer, she came around to visit once, but she got really uncomfortable and just up and left out of nowhere. I can’t say for sure if it was her demons driving her away as I shared the Gospel or just God separating us, but regardless this message is a comfort. Keep up the amazing kingdom work!

Your story could be interpreted as sad, however, I see something extremely beautiful in it. There can be no greater love than to fall in love with Jesus. This biological love we experience on earth will not carry over to heaven. Jesus will fulfill every need and desire beyond expectation. I was very hurt by my trying to make things work by my efforts. I knew I shouldn't try to do that but I couldn't help myself. Sometimes we are very persistent. I have learned how to rely on the Lord the hard way. Marriage changed everything for me because we had kids right away. It's like losing your "freedom" in many ways because you have different obligations that will not go away. That's one reason why I wouldn't rush into relationships and marriage before it's the right time. I have also seen many people unnecessarily hurt because of their immaturity when they entered into marriage. I'm glad the Lord didn't let me do the same mistake. He gave me my husband only after he did some work in the both of us. But it doesn't end when you're married. It only begins there.

Yep and you know what I’m glad I didn’t marry them. People who are of the world get married easier and fast. They don’t belong to God and when you are in relationship with tares, the abuse use, leave you, but never abuse the next person after and before you. In fact they end up married and with kids. Then Satan would try to make you feel like you’re the problem or something is wrong with you. The fact is we who truly belong to Him, to God, are few. And once we start to allow God to be apart of our lives, to lead and guide, and not live in our ways is when he would prepare us for a spouse that’s apart of His church. God, our heavenly Abba, will not allow us to marry someone that he doesn’t approve of. And if we do it’ll be an unhappy and abusive marriage. Until we trust and have a strong relationship with him, is when all these things and desires of our heart will be received. Amen

Yes, but God still expects us to take action. Putting our faith in Him, serving Him and being thankful for everything is wonderful, but it isn't typically going to have a spouse land on your lap if you sit idly by not engaging with the opposite gender at all. Think of work. I do believe God helps us with employment, but it isn't like God sends an employer to your door begging you to be hired. No, we still have to apply to the job, have an interview, do well in the interview, and not to mention prepping a resume for the application and proper grooming/clothing for the interview itself. If a man sits on his butt, albeit with absolute faith and love for God, and does not even initiate a conversation with a single woman, then even if God wanted that man to marry, the choice is still with the man to make it happen at the end of the day and take the opportunity God provided. For a woman, sitting with a blank stare on your face when a guy smiles at you is essentially a sign for men to stay away (this is very common for believers for some reason); so while the woman may not be the one to do most of the initiating, she can still make herself approachable and give very basic signals that she is interested in talking. Anyway, maybe I am nitpicking this a bit, but I see many people saying stuff like this and a lot of the time they seem to forget that God provides opportunities for the most part. It is up to us to discern what they might be through study and prayer, and then also make the decision to take them or not.

Wow Amen. God gave me a revelation a couple days ago of being single: As I’m in this relationship that is not longer healthy for me. It is actually very toxic. God told me “I was able to give up everything for this man in the relationship, why not give everything up for God this time” God is faithful, God keeps his promises, God loves us. Soo why not dedicate my life to God who will always be there for me. As I’m growing older I realize there is nothing and nobody on this earth that is worth more to me than my God. I started to pray for my husband and I to be together. Fasting, praying, and suddenly I feel the urge to improve, God revealed things to me that I need to repair as I wait. Preparing me for my husband. I feel happy and content with my relationship with God. He also revealed to me why I haven’t found my husband. It is because I wasn’t ready and didn’t go to him about it. I tried was living without God being apart of him life decisions. When you are a believer, when you belong to Him, you can’t just be in a relationship without Him. You’ll always end up with a person sent from the enemy. Like narcissists and abusers that try to ruin or prevent you from walking the path that God wants you to. In the name of Yeshua! I will be married and with my husband this time next year.
Hallelujah, sister! I was with the wrong man because I entered into it without consulting the Lord, and continued in that relationship without taking my directions from the Lord! A year and a half ago I was engaged to that man but broke it off because I knew I needed to listen and obey the Holy Spirit and the Spirit was instructing me that this relationship was not right! I broke up with that boy and never looked back or regretted the decision! God brought another man into my life this summer who I thought was perfect for me, but God has now taken him away. I do not know if God took him away forever or only for a season. But I know that God has a perfect match chosen for me. In the right timing God will send that man after me to pursue me and love me in Jesus name. For now, I am growing in the Lord and seeking Him as my first love!! Praise be to God that He helps us grow and He draws us into deeper love with Him! We can surely trust Him!!! We wait on the Lord!
I need deep healing. I’m 55 and I’ve never been in a relationship. Rips my heart out every time I think about it, which is quite often. I really do try to not let it get me down but sometimes it’s just overwhelming. To go through life and never know love is really a sad existence to me.
I was just walking yesterday thinking about how lonely I feel sometimes. I miss companionship and being in a relationship but God knows what I need, and when I need it so I am trusting in Him. And trying to find peace with it. When He presents it, I will be all the more grateful.

This message was sent from our Holy Father to all of His single children out there. I found it by accident….or was it🤔😊. I thought finding a Christian woman would be all I needed to fill the hole of loneliness and sadness in my life. All the while, as I spent emotional and spiritual energy perusing this ideal, I was putting my Holy Father on the “back burner”. I find it calming to reread the story of Ruth who followed God’s plan with obedience and trust, ultimately bringing Boaz into her life, and thus continuing the bloodline to Jesus. I have been living in Thailand for almost 40 years, working internationaly in the Oil & Gas Construction sector, in 18 countries & 4 continents. 7 years ago, the situation changed & there were no longer a lot of work in my business. So to be able to sustain & provide for my family & I have now been working in Europe these 7 years & not been able to visit my family, but to provide for them. This have made me come a lot closer to Jesus trust him with my future. But I also think that he had another reason for guiding me back to Sweden. My mother 84 years of age, need some fysical monetary help & she would not be able to make it without my support. So I think that Jesus as always have a two-edged sword. One to bring me closer to him & to support my mother! What you told me gives me another view on my situation! Thank you!
Well, this is the exact place I’m in right now in my life. I’m fasting today and asked Jesus to speak to me. So this really resonated with me. I’ve for sure been “in hiding and/or in isolation.” This man and I are going out for dinner soon as friends, we have a past. It wasn’t a worldly relationship, it was one with God at the center. I don’t know if it’s just a timing thing or if maybe he’s the one or he isn’t l? Geesh, it’s so hard to know. It’s exhausting it’s so much easier to give God control. But I’ll be 39. Never been married and never had kids and I keep praying for my Godly husband and family. 🤷🏻♀️🕊🤍🙏🏼 If it doesn’t happen here in earth. I’ll be the Bride of Christ. And have a home in Heaven. I’ve learned only Jesus can complete “you”.
This is the truth about the single season ❤. I’m so grateful for this time with him, even though I fought it at first. I don’t believe I would have grown so deeply in love with Jesus had I not had these years to just be with him. Yes there’s been hard moments…but I wouldn’t change my journey. I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am with him had he not hid me away for this season. He is a wonderful God and when we submit to his ways and come into fullness of his love the ache of loneliness subsides…because he fills it. He wants to be our refuge, our hiding place, the place in which we abide and are filled. So if your in this season…just lean into him. I promise you it will work out better than you could ever ask, think or imagine in Jesus name.
I have been set aside in another season of isolation. Whether I wanted it or not; whether my actions led me here, God has a plan for my life. Most of the people who I held close have all gone. Yes, yes, yes! I am a widow at 49, my children are grown. I have gone through a lot in my lifetime, just as Alwyn has himself concerning relationships. This is exactly what the Father has been teaching me. There's a place that only HE can fill. No person can fill that place made for Him! Spend this time as you are waiting to seek His face, seeking His beautiful Presence, and drawing closer to Him daily. Pour out your heart to Him! Song of Solomon says his kisses are better than wine. And His Name is like the spreading of fragrant oils. Have you met the Lover of your soul? Do you have an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit? He will meet you where you're at. He has not forgotten you, and will never forsake you! Let Him draw you to Himself. In Jeremiah 29:13 He says seek Me, and when you seek Me with all your heart, I WILL be found by you, and reveal great and hidden things you have never known. Come to Him. Listen for His Voice. Let Him love you, and reveal Himself to you. Allow Him to love you. He will fill you with joy and strength. Let Him bring the right one for you in His right time. Release it to Him. He already knows, and cares.

Makes sense. I've wondered about God's timing. I've been pursuing God. I want my body healed. I've always known I'm going to be radically different after the healing. Do I start a relationship with a woman before or after? After. The other hard thing nobody talks about in the church is when you are on fire for the Lord, people will love you....but do they really love you or the ONE coming out of you? Im in a difficult position. Not only am I struggling with being alone Im also struggling with being attracted to the same sex. I don't want to be like this and its just been hard fighting these feelings and also the feeling of being alone. Been walking with God for 7 years now, I thought it would be removed from me once I became a Christian, but It wasn't the case. But I continue to sacrifice my feelings everyday to Him and I continue to walk this hard path with God. I've tried to go to the other side completely and I couldn't, it was as if God continued to tug me harder and my heart continued to cry for Jesus. Yet I still struggle with it, but, I continue on in the fight, I press on and keep walking until the end. Whether Christ changes me completely in this world or not, I will always sacrifice my flesh, carry my cross and follow Jesus forever. Thank you for this, it was encouraging and I needed this today.

I was a lonely woman, my husband had left me with two children for a younger woman, barely out of high school. I was a Christian and felt I had done something wrong. I met my new husband through a friend. He wanted to go to church with me. He then wanted to get baptized. As the pastor put him down in the water, I felt a hot bucket of warmth pour over me. I heard the Lord say “this man will be your husband.” I felt sure I would never marry again, but God won. Forty two years later, we still pray together every day, take communion, and seek the Lord. Be encouraged single friends!

We are literally Gods bride. We are the church, and the Church is His bride. In the new world, we all marry Him. Considering God our spouse is fine. It's obviously not in a sexual way. God was the one who has been helping her raise her child..

As a 27 year old man I can tell you now that's damn near impossible to find nowadays. Real traditional feminie women all disapeared in the previous generation. These modern women are frankly repulsive, no feminity left in them.
You'd be very hard pressed to find a woman that hasn't slept around with at least 20+ men these days, not many of us men want to deal with all the trauma and baggage that comes with that and all the godly women get married young so a lot of men are resigning to solitude, not out of choice though. Many had dreams of a family and kids but these modern woman are just nightmares, not fit for raising kids at all at all (not through fault of their own a lot of the time, just how the cards were dealt).
I pray for my single 50 year old son who loves Jesus and is so lonely because he does not have a wife or any children. He so wants this but I have told him Jesus is aligning things and preparing these desires of his heart in God's own timing. I join in prayer with all of you who are praying to find a spouse that God hears you and is preparing and refining you like gold for that Godly person to come into your life! AMEN🙏

Just a few questions, is your ex a Christian. Has she remarried? If she is a Christian and hasn't remarried, you would be obligated to reconcile with her. Unless she left you, in that case she would be essentially a non-believer. When a Christian is abandoned by their spouse, they become unbound. But a Christian can't abandon their spouse unless it is due to infidelity, that includes non-believer spouses. I would say spousal abuse probably falls under the same justification, though it isn't specifically named in the bible. To repent of sin is not simply to ask for forgiveness. But to turn away from it. So for a Christian to repent, they must follow the guidelines in 1 Corinthians 7. That means returning to the spouse if they are the one that left and no infidelity happened.

At this age getting married to "have children" is most likely not a reason to get married. And, the FACT that I'm not going to engage in a "sensual/sexual" relationship.. It's a tough age to be a single, God fearing, obedient Christian. I’ve been single 23 years. Divorced raised my kids and I totally made wanting a spouse an idol. I finally realized how wrong I was. Now the Lord is speaking marriage is coming. The same here. I’m 31 now and most of my relationships were with narcissists. The desire to be married has always been in my heart.
Recently I started getting close with God in a way I never had before. He revealed to me why I haven’t been married yet, is because I didn’t pray to him and ask him about my spouse.
He has given me dreams and visions for a years now of my husband, and every-time I see someone that looks like him, my heart gets this feeling that I came explain.
I was writing a letter to God a few nights ago about marriage and the words flowed about my future husband. Not only want I want in a husband but what God has revealed to me who he is and how he would be. I then asked him give me a sign. I was listening to soft piano music and the next song on the list, the artist looked similar to the one he revealed to me would be my husband. The song after that, same thing.
Now I feel God is preparing me. I’m trying to improve things that I didn’t before seeking God for marriage and for evening my life. Before I started to really pray, fast, and read His word.
I feel content and happier, like a weight has been lifted off. I feel the healthiest I’ve ever been spiritually and mentally. I sing songs to God and worship him and I feel so happy to do so.
When we belong to God and we don’t seek him when it comes to our lives, the enemy will send someone that is the opposite of what God wants for His children. The enemy will send a narcissist because we tried to lead by our own ways. We are not like those of the world and will never be happy with them. God wants us to be with someone that belongs to Him as well. We are not of the world, neither would our spouse be of the world.
Thank you for this word Alwyn. My girlfriend left me in 2018 when I was paralyzed and I thought it was the end of the world. As it turns out, it was God’s way of saving me from myself. I wasn’t a believer at that time, but the isolation and loneliness led me to search and find the truth of Christianity. I cannot possibly be any more grateful that things ended as they did. Even after I became a believer, she came around to visit once, but she got really uncomfortable and just up and left out of nowhere. I can’t say for sure if it was her demons driving her away as I shared the Gospel or just God separating us, but regardless this message is a comfort. Keep up the amazing kingdom work!

Your story could be interpreted as sad, however, I see something extremely beautiful in it. There can be no greater love than to fall in love with Jesus. This biological love we experience on earth will not carry over to heaven. Jesus will fulfill every need and desire beyond expectation. I’m saddened that you are paralyzed, but glad God used it to bring you to him. May God richly bless you with a relationship that far exceeds anything you could’ve imagined.

I was very hurt by my trying to make things work by my efforts. I knew I shouldn't try to do that but I couldn't help myself. Sometimes we are very persistent. I have learned how to rely on the Lord the hard way.
Marriage changed everything for me because we had kids right away. It's like losing your "freedom" in many ways because you have different obligations that will not go away. That's one reason why I wouldn't rush into relationships and marriage before it's the right time. I have also seen many people unnecessarily hurt because of their immaturity when they entered into marriage. I'm glad the Lord didn't let me do the same mistake. Yep and you know what I’m glad I didn’t marry them. People who are of the world get married easier and fast. They don’t belong to God and when you are in relationship with tares, the abuse use, leave you, but never abuse the next person after and before you. In fact they end up married and with kids. Then Satan would try to make you feel like you’re the problem or something is wrong with you.
The fact is we who truly belong to Him, to God, are few. And once we start to allow God to be apart of our lives, to lead and guide, and not live in our ways is when he would prepare us for a spouse that’s apart of His church.
God, our heavenly Abba, will not allow us to marry someone that he doesn’t approve of. And if we do it’ll be an unhappy and abusive marriage. Until we trust and have a strong relationship with him, is when all these things and desires of our heart will be received.

Yes, but God still expects us to take action. Putting our faith in Him, serving Him and being thankful for everything is wonderful, but it isn't typically going to have a spouse land on your lap if you sit idly by not engaging with the opposite gender at all.
Think of work. I do believe God helps us with employment, but it isn't like God sends an employer to your door begging you to be hired. No, we still have to apply to the job, have an interview, do well in the interview, and not to mention prepping a resume for the application and proper grooming/clothing for the interview itself.
If a man sits on his butt, albeit with absolute faith and love for God, and does not even initiate a conversation with a single woman, then even if God wanted that man to marry, the choice is still with the man to make it happen at the end of the day and take the opportunity God provided. For a woman, sitting with a blank stare on your face when a guy smiles at you is essentially a sign for men to stay away (this is very common for believers for some reason); so while the woman may not be the one to do most of the initiating, she can still make herself approachable and give very basic signals that she is interested in talking.
Anyway, maybe I am nitpicking this a bit, but I see many people saying stuff like this and a lot of the time they seem to forget that God provides opportunities for the most part. It is up to us to discern what they might be through study and prayer, and then also make the decision to take them or not.

Wow Amen. God gave me a revelation a couple days ago of being single: As I’m in this relationship that is not longer healthy for me. It is actually very toxic. God told me “I was able to give up everything for this man in the relationship, why not give everything up for God this time” God is faithful, God keeps his promises, God loves us. Soo why not dedicate my life to God who will always be there for me. As I’m growing older I realize there is nothing and nobody on this earth that is worth more to me than my God. It’s time to grow my relationship with him. Time to get baptized. Time to finally be loved, and guided by the most high. I started to pray for my husband and I to be together. Fasting, praying, and suddenly I feel the urge to improve, God revealed things to me that I need to repair as I wait. Preparing me for my husband. I feel happy and content with my relationship with God. He also revealed to me why I haven’t found my husband. It is because I wasn’t ready and didn’t go to him about it. I tried was living without God being apart of him life decisions.
When you are a believer, when you belong to Him, you can’t just be in a relationship without Him. You’ll always end up with a person sent from the enemy. Like narcissists and abusers that try to ruin or prevent you from walking the path that God wants you to.
In the name of Yeshua! I will be married and with my husband this time next year.

I was with the wrong man because I entered into it without consulting the Lord, and continued in that relationship without taking my directions from the Lord! A year and a half ago I was engaged to that man but broke it off because I knew I needed to listen and obey the Holy Spirit and the Spirit was instructing me that this relationship was not right! I broke up with that boy and never looked back or regretted the decision!
God brought another man into my life this summer who I thought was perfect for me, but God has now taken him away. I do not know if God took him away forever or only for a season. But I know that God has a perfect match chosen for me. In the right timing God will send that man after me to pursue me and love me in Jesus name.
For now, I am growing in the Lord and seeking Him as my first love!! Praise be to God that He helps us grow and He draws us into deeper love with Him! We can surely trust Him!!!

I need deep healing. I’m 55 and I’ve never been in a relationship. Rips my heart out every time I think about it, which is quite often. I really do try to not let it get me down but sometimes it’s just overwhelming. To go through life and never know love is really a sad existence to me.
I was just walking yesterday thinking about how lonely I feel sometimes. I miss companionship and being in a relationship but God knows what I need, and when I need it so I am trusting in Him. And trying to find peace with it. When He presents it, I will be all the more grateful.

I thought finding a Christian woman would be all I needed to fill the hole of loneliness and sadness in my life. All the while, as I spent emotional and spiritual energy perusing this ideal, I was putting my Holy Father on the “back burner”. I find it calming to reread the story of Ruth who followed God’s plan with obedience and trust, ultimately bringing Boaz into her life, and thus continuing the bloodline to Jesus. God ALWAYS has a better plan. 🙏🏼❤️

I have been living in Thailand for almost 40 years, working internationaly in the Oil & Gas Construction sector, in 18 countries & 4 continents. 7 years ago, the situation changed & there were no longer a lot of work in my business. So to be able to sustain & provide for my family & I have now been working in Europe these 7 years & not been able to visit my family, but to provide for them.
This have made me come a lot closer to Jesus trust him with my future. But I also think that he had another reason for guiding me back to Sweden. My mother 84 years of age, need some fysical monetary help & she would not be able to make it without my support. So I think that Jesus as always have a two-edged sword. One to bring me closer to him & to support my mother!

Well, this is the exact place I’m in right now in my life. I’m fasting today and asked Jesus to speak to me. So this really resonated with me. I’ve for sure been “in hiding and/or in isolation.” This man and I are going out for dinner soon as friends, we have a past. It wasn’t a worldly relationship, it was one with God at the center. I don’t know if it’s just a timing thing or if maybe he’s the one or he isn’t l? Geesh, it’s so hard to know. It’s exhausting it’s so much easier to give God control. But I’ll be 39. Never been married and never had kids and I keep praying for my Godly husband and family.

This is the truth about the single season ❤. I’m so grateful for this time with him, even though I fought it at first. I don’t believe I would have grown so deeply in love with Jesus had I not had these years to just be with him. Yes there’s been hard moments…but I wouldn’t change my journey. I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am with him had he not hid me away for this season. He is a wonderful God and when we submit to his ways and come into fullness of his love the ache of loneliness subsides…because he fills it. He wants to be our refuge, our hiding place, the place in which we abide and are filled. So if your in this season…just lean into him. I promise you it will work out better than you could ever ask, think or imagine in Jesus name.

This is exactly what the Father has been teaching me. There's a place that only HE can fill. No person can fill that place made for Him! Spend this time as you are waiting to seek His face, seeking His beautiful Presence, and drawing closer to Him daily. Pour out your heart to Him! Song of Solomon says his kisses are better than wine. And His Name is like the spreading of fragrant oils. Have you met the Lover of your soul? Do you have an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit? He will meet you where you're at. He has not forgotten you, and will never forsake you! Let Him draw you to Himself. In Jeremiah 29:13 He says seek Me, and when you seek Me with all your heart, I WILL be found by you, and reveal great and hidden things you have never known. Come to Him. Listen for His Voice. Let Him love you, and reveal Himself to you. Allow Him to love you. He will fill you with joy and strength. Let Him bring the right one for you in His right time. Release it to Him. He already knows, and cares.

Im in a difficult position. Not only am I struggling with being alone Im also struggling with being attracted to the same sex. I don't want to be like this and its just been hard fighting these feelings and also the feeling of being alone.
Been walking with God for 7 years now, I thought it would be removed from me once I became a Christian, but It wasn't the case. But I continue to sacrifice my feelings everyday to Him and I continue to walk this hard path with God. I've tried to go to the other side completely and I couldn't, it was as if God continued to tug me harder and my heart continued to cry for Jesus.
Yet I still struggle with it, but, I continue on in the fight, I press on and keep walking until the end. Whether Christ changes me completely in this world or not, I will always sacrifice my flesh, carry my cross and follow Jesus forever.

Man God uses you, im livin' on lonlyness since 2 months ago and this time has been crazy, i've passed from crying and battling to trully knowing Jesus. it's hard to be alone but when you know that Jesus is always on you and loves you and he always is there to hear you and make you save, you finally understand that you'r not alone. lately i got this thought in my spirit: "I canot still idolatrizing my ex, my emotions and my heart don't depend on her.
