    You have some great ideas. Your foot control is far better than what Case/Ingersoll used on their loader tractors. The banana plate they used was a pain when it started to wear out.

    Preventing your leg from catching on fire is a great excuse for a heat shield if you ask me.

      Still have my leg so I know it works!

    Do you have any more info or measurements in terms of the foot controls? I'm having a mental block of how to recreate your linkage.

      Sorry no measurements.

    Great build and details I have 1 question. You said you tapped into the lift ports on the stock valve. Did you just cap 1 port and use the other port? Then tie the return into the existing return?

      Its been a while... the return from the lift port goes to a the return on the low pressure return.

    How much did app supplies cost? That's cool you can use the stock pump!

    Hey just wondering what size cylinders you used. Have the 222 thinking on doing this! As well can you post a video of it in action? Thanks for the vid very informative. Thumbs up! Subscribed

      I'll get back to you on the cylinder size. You can see a fun video of the tractor lifting a dirt bike in the playlist.

      @@bre86 so your just using the lift circuit on the factory installed TCV on the tractor or did you install another TCV from a different tractor?

    is your safety shut off keep the spool valve in the float postion when the hydraulics for the loader are powered on?

    • @bre86
      @bre86  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It disconnects the flow to the loader controls. It doesn't work like a conventional float. You would need that option on your loader valve. This is something I've looked into but I would need to replace the entire valve assembly.

      BRE sorry i mean that does your shut off hook up to the linkage on the factory spool valve to keep it pressed all the way in like having it in the float postion on the factory lever? and how did you adjust the pressure with the relief valve just losen the screw all the way out or in?

    I’m thinking about doing this to my 444 I want to keep it as stock as possible and even though it’s harder probably won’t use foot control. Do you think that this is too hard on the pump because I don’t want to wreck it and then have to get a bigger one 😂

    • @bre86
      @bre86  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I haven't had any pump issues and I push mine to the limits often. You'll be fine.

      @@bre86 What's the limit on lift capacity? How long does it take to hook up and take off? You probably don't remove it though lol

      @@bre86 so are you using the factory travel control valve that came on your tractor or are you using another travel control valve off of a different tractor? Also does using the loader valve while driving the tractor cause any issues with the movement or travel speed?
