One thing that many people do not realize or didn't pay attention was that he said 'he INTENDS' on resigning after a nation wide campaign to elect a new Leader of the Party ... that means, that he will remain PM until March, then as Interim Leader until a new person is elected ... which could go on until the official Federal election in October 2025. That's what this means. We are certainly not rid of him yet and he has much time to do more damage.

Let them be running to UK, USA, etc. U'll NEVER see them in Oturkpo, or Nkanafun, or Gombe, or Abagana, or Oke-Mesi in their backyard. Only places in Nigeria that journalists flock to are Lagos & Abuja. The struggles of the ordinary Nigerian living outside of those two places means nothing to Nigerian journalists. Nigerian journalists are completely disconnected from reality & their selfish news means nothing to Nigerians.

If you listen to his speech right at the start he says “I intend to resign” why didn’t he say “I will resign”, I don’t trust one word out of his mouth..he prorogued parliament now until end of March..so we will see..

    Madam Ayo
    Happy Birthday
I know you either don't read comment or bother about comment, but that won't stop me from making my comment.
You can't fight for free speech and contain Elon musk at the same time. Where do you stand?
Adefemi and Vimbai, well done as usual.
    Arise, no newspaper review niiiiiii

Let Donald Trump and Elon Musk alone, and focus on Nigeria and the politicians, and the corruption that is going on in the country

Dr Abatti, Liberal won a majority government in 2015, then in 2019, he won minority government, he was unable to govern, then he called an early election in 2021 during Covid 19 thinking he'll win majority. Unfortunately, he won minority government again. He was able to do some things in parliament and in Canada because NDP went into agreement with the Liberal party to gain support. Yet, the prime minister didn't learn his lessons after winning minority government twice. So, it's time for him to go. He has literally destroyed Canada and the entire system. It's the worst PM ever.

@petersunny2808 why comparing Canada to Nigeria? How can you compare a country that practices "democracy" to a country that practices "democrasy"? A country with a rule of law to a lawless country? A country that conducts elections to a country that conducts selections? The margin is too much and shouldn't be compared.
