Hey, I tried your recipe today and it turned out yummy! I just want to stop by and say THANKS! ^_^ My favorite boba place closed because of COVID 19, your recipe is such a life saver!
Thank you so much for this recipe! I just tried it and it turned out great :) I am glad that you made one without the cream cheese powder so I could just buy all the ingredients easily at the grocery store

Freeze not possible. They will separate once they are thawed. If your chiller is cold enough, 1-3degree celsius, should be able to hold it to a maximum of 5days with a little separation. Make sure to cover it with a cling wrap otherwise they will absorb other flavors easily
Hi Ethan, thanks for sharing this. just wanted to understand is it ok if we add cream cheese in all types of tea like jasmine green and oolong tea. As some advised not to add milk in jasmine tea
Hello. Thank you so much for this video. Have you tasted Gong Cha cheese foam before? I follow your recipe and I think this is much tastier, though much stronger cheese flavor than ones sold in stores. Do you know how to make it less stronger taste? Thank you so much.
Hi, is it crucial to have the whipping cream? I have all other ingredients but this one :( the cheese itself with light milk seemed to be whipped enough? So I'm curious if I can still master the flavor and consistency without this one specific ingredient. Thank you! :)
Ethan Wong Thank you! My mom was able to successfully make it at home for homemade bubble tea and she loves it! It turned out perfect once I get heavy whipping cream I will be trying this for sure 😊

Absolutely yes. U can even add more sugar if u want it to be sweeter. I believe u can do with brown sugar as well, the sugar that are used to make boba pearls
Just came across your video, I recently went back to Klang and drank the exact velvet cheese tea. Love that you have a voter finger when you made this video, made it 3 days after voting eh....
Thahira Mustafa in a jar? Not sure, as long as it is cream cheese then it should work. But not spreadable cream cheese. The word should be just “cream cheese”
I tried your recipe multiple times - always turns out very tasty. Is there a way to make it “foamier” so that it will stay afloat longer? I like the cheese foam and tea separately rather than all blended. Thanks in advance!
🤔 I never tried this before, but logically, fats floats and water will merge with the tea/drinks. So reduce the amount of milk (water + fats) Increase the amount of cheese or cream (these two have higher amount of fats). Play around with it and see increase which one works better for you. Either way, they should float well. Just have to make sure the cheese are well beaten so you don’t have any lump of cheese. Hope this helps! 😊
Hey! You can try to whisk the cheese more. I don’t suggest whisking the cream more than semi beat as I find that deliver a greasy sensation. But you can try, perhaps you might like it.
Oh I see. I aint very sure about the cheesecake flavored milk tea drink. However, what I can be sure is cheese tea is rather famous across the globe currently.

Hey! Thanks for the comment!
To make it less cheesy, simply reduce the cheese amount and increase the cream amount.
I don’t have a detail recipe for this, you will need to test it and try it yourself on this one.
Would you mind clarifying for me all of measurement in this cheese tea?😊

Ooooh what's the dark chocolate drink?
Chocolate powder + hot milk. Adjust the thickness accordingly by adding water. Sugar for sweetness
Using hands to make cheese takes too long, use blender and whipping machine
Why we need to add salt ?
Salt will brings a different flavor out of the cheese. Similarly, salted chocolate.
What salt u use sir
I was using Himalayan salt. But u could use any salt. They should work jz fine
Delicious you are amazing keep in touch see you
