Indeed she is a queen mother. She is Nana Agyakuma Dufie II, Queen mother of Asante Mampong and she speaks the Akan local dialect (Twi) in most of the durbars she attends. Kindly take note, that it is not mandatory for kings and queens to address their subjects in their local dialect.
Nanahemaa please with much respect don't mix English language with the native language twi because you are an epitome of the the native culture which must be portray at a cultural function such as the outdooring of a queenmother.
