trail----this word in arabic dictionary have many intentional meaning -----but in this episode i understood the most meaning is uneven up and down fluctuated way ---as you pointed during thowing out ------i hope that right----and excuse me cos my english is less than intermediate ----but with your episode i feel my self going to progress-------grateful for your help
I went to the open trail just for running. I think we have the same hobby. And I'm sure there are lots of runners in culips member around the world. So everybody goes to the trail for running ❤
Hi, I really like hiking the amazing trails which are in a forest named Izki, in the Basque Country. You can walk for several hours without seeing anyone and there are many chances of spotting roe deers, Wild pigs and so on.
My new morning routine is listening to your post cast. I have maintained this routine for 3 weeks
