Government should install biometric device in all the offices of Arunachal Pradesh. And make it mandatory to take biometric attendance 4 times a day 9 AM in the morning 12 in the noon 2PM in the afternoon and 5 PM in the evening. But Government itself is not willing to implement such law. Because, the don't care for public.
