Mine will be here tomarrow. I decided to do something nice for myself and bought full sets of Pablos Luminance and Polychromos. Colored pencil has helped me suppress life stress more than anything. I would be on meds if not for it. When i was a young man i was big into it then life got me side tracked. Since starting back ive never been more excited and happy.

I have a question:
I am currently in the process of buying a bigger colored pencil set- and I want to decide between the carandache pablo set of 120 and the Derwent lightfast set of 100
What would you personally think?
Do you love the Pablos so much as you did when you bought them?
And Do you think I shall choose the pablos or the Lightfasts?
(The price and which are more lightfast is not really important- its much more important which are the better colored pencils 😅)

on the sleeve Caran Dache said they were wax pencils. Nice set, enjoy them. Look forward to seeing completed pages with these 🖍️📚👍🏻

Yes I always make my own color charts. Just send me an email ([e-mail]) and I’ll send it to you. However, it will just be blank at this time as I haven’t completed putting them in the order I want and type them up.
