Moonbyul was critized before for not beibg talented enough since she's a rapper in a vocal group. But now, she's proving all her haters wrong. She's proving that she is the quadrouple threat in Mamamoo since day 1. She's a great vocalist. A great dancer. One of the best rapper. And ofcourse, she has a breathtaking visual (handsome and gorgeous at the same time)
i always see people saying how mamamoo should've just been three vocalists and that moonbyul wasn't very necessary. moonbyul's deep voice is so unique and really adds colour to mamamoo, most people overlook how important her role is because they think "oh, she's the rapper" and that she only participates in the rap, but people forget that she's the key when it comes to their harmonization because it's so utterly different from the other three members. she does not have the raspiness of hwasa, the power of solar, or the honey voice like wheein- but she by far has the most melodic voice, which is why her vocals are so important in their harmony. i feel that rbw hasn't been very fair with moonbyul in the past as she was always forced to adapt, she even said herself that it was very difficult for her at the time. even when it came to dancing she was/is very criticized because her moves aren't delicate or feminine like the other girls'- but now that hip came out she showed everyone that she really did deserve the title of a dancer. i hope that her vocals won't be overlooked in the next comeback , she really is a quadrouple threat.
The fact that she didn't even signed up for being a rapper tho. There were some people who said that she was supposed to be a vocalist in the group when she auditioned but rbw forced her to become a rapper instead so she can debut. But one thing's for sure tho, she can easily be a main vocal in other groups though people sleep on her voice
She also writes her own raps, and has co-written for MMM.
Truly talented individual, and so much more than just a rapper.

It's okay :)) the popularity internationally is not on our hands. Let's not be disappointed coz Moonbyul said already she'd knew her song didn't go that far coz it's not that typical music that everyone will like and people have diff preferences in music. At least she did the music for her and for her fans satisfaction. Most famous boygroup who does solo didn't chart also. Some didn't got a chance to produce by their own. At least moonbyul have gone successful so far :)) let's just wait because Mamamoo fans are still growing international. Fighting!

I love rapper Moonbyul 100%. But I love it SOOOOOOO MUCH when I see that a Moonbyul part is coming, and it’s a vocal section instead of rap. There was an episode of Immortal Songs, and it was during the Starry Night era, Moonbyul’s first section came up and she sang. The house went CRAZY. So I know I’m not the only person who feels this way.

There are times I'm actually doubtful if she's lip syncing or not. I mean, I know that mamamoo can't lipsync but their so good I can't believe that they sound so good singing live even while dancing. Especially when moonbyul raps and sings with her low voice. It's heaven.

I don’t understand why they don’t give her more vocal lines. She is easily as good as the other members.
She actually have vocal lines on their b-sides. Also Moonbyul came to terms with her skills and she personally said she enjoys rapping on their songs. Even in her solo or covers she would mixed up rapping and singing often times melodic raps. Besides, her raps add dynamic to the group.
