You should change the T1 and T2 tones on the Whelen. That unit has 17 different tones and two of them are nearly identical to the Touchmaster wail and yelp. You could make it sound like a dual tone Touchmaster.
I have tried all tones on the Whelen and have found that the setup moves the most traffic like it is now. Half the tones are really not decent tones for here (air horn, hi-lo, etc.) and I have mixed reviews about the Y-249 tone. In an ideal situation I would prefer to have them both sounding like the Whelen. I prefer the sounds of the Whelen, but that is just me.
Overview of the brands: Dash, Visor, Grill, tag, Intersection lights on bumper- CPS Authority Fog lights, Intersection lights on side, rear stick- Speed Tech Lights Hide Aways- Feniex Cannon 120's Feniex Fusion lights are coming soon, just came in the mail!
I made it out of 3/4 inch OSB. measured it to fit. The whelen siren is not even held with a bracket. It slid perfectly and the lip on the top trim holds it. I then coated the top with Flex Seal so that it would not get ruined with liquid but also so that I can place things on it and it not slide. Not gonna lie, It is pretty nice to be able to eat some nuggets and not have to worry about your honey mustard sliding around!
How well does your dash light stay on in the summer time? I bought a whelen dash light and it falls off whenever it gets hot. The suction cups don't stay on for shit. So I went with a exterior light bar but I'd prefer to go with a dash and visor light similar to what you have.
Great setup
Thank You!
I like the dial up modem siren.
Awesome, I have a touch master delta just like that but not hooked up to anything, and a Code 3 Mastercom B.
Both Great controllers! GSP used the Mastercom B before going back to a cheaper Whelen Distributor. Definitely proved they were quality!

Looking at getting a Dakota to replace my Grand Cherokee.
Where did you get your center console for your sirens? Or did you make one?
Thanks.

I normally do not have much of a problem. has only fell off once or twice. The dash cam falls more than the light does haha
If you're not an officer, what code do you run?
