Actually mr just got nerfed and ap buffed, deathcap is 40% ap i think and when u build rageblade on kat u get 20% magic pen full build, its actually scary
a deathcap buff is kinda irrelevant for higher tiers of play as games are shorter overall, and guinsoo having magic pen is not an AP buff it's a slap in the face because there is not a single AP/mage mythic that gives % magic pen and thats a joke

I think so that players can ban a champ that counter theirs. Or you can choose to not ban at all
There’s so many champs in the game it’s basically guaranteed there’ll be one you really don’t like fighting. It helps make the game more fun for everyone as long as everyone can play more than one character.
