All trucks are moved automatically. But they are extremely slow. Make 5 minutes recording with another truck and edit the video to 8x speed.You will see
So why when we by two truck why is only one we can see at time at the garage
This feature is not available in Truckers of Europe 3 but available in a similar truck game Universal Truck Simulator.

Set your brake pressing rate to maximum. Warning ⚠️ heavy cargos of more than 40 tons badly decreases braking power.
At which level do ownable trailers appear
Level 12 is required for oversized trailerOther wise you can buy some trailers no matter if level 1( no level required)
