Having watched the whole collab event from Suba's perspective, Watame's present was so heartwarming. Police force is comprised mostly of least experienced in terms of GTA or any shooting games in general. Subaru herself is pretty much the least experienced in the group. So Subaru felt alot of pressure having to work as the police chief, and by the 4th day it almost broke her. She held herself together and managed to have some wins leading the team in the last 3 days. Knowing all that context Watame's gift is all the more heartfelt.
You expected the gang to end this in chaos but they enjoyed this the most. I should had known it, medic gang is always the craziest gang of them all. BUT this is a true ending how it should be, not sad that its over but chaotic and funny. The Hololive way.
