We do meditation every moment... What we don't do is to realize it... When you concentrate, it means you are focused on particular thought/action, This itself tells that other thoughts/actions are not overtaking the thought on which you are focused... The very idea of particular way of mediation is to make your body (tan/man) relaxed which is quite difficult when you are engaged in any activity... But this is what differentiates ordinary from the extraordinary as extraordinary knows how to keep body/mind relaxed during any activity/thought...
