Only Samsung Gear Watches starting from the Gear S2 has offline playback (download), Android Wear only supports paying and controlling the music from the watch to the phone. You might wanna change to Pandora or Google Play Music as Spotify won't have offline playback anytime soon.
So I can't browse my Artist section on Spotify with Android Wear devices, can I? I mean select a particular song from a certain album of such Artist, like I do on smartphone tap Artist -> Album -> Song
