Awesome layout. Just subscribed. I believe we've worked on projects together. Model LAUPT and San Diego Terminals. If I am wrong, that's fine....still an awesome video and cool trains and love the wideshot view @4:27.
@daveb.trains7019 Thank you! During the design phase, I tried my best to fit the largest radius curves to fit large locos and passenger equipment. The main line is made up of roughly 37" radii for the inside main and 39" radii for the outer main.
SWEEEEET!!!! 😳 .... 👍
Well done. Looks like a smooth run.
It's gonna be fun watching this layout develop.
Awesome!
Nice video

@blakrootz Thank you very much! Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with those but I appreciate your comment!
A very nice video and layout. I'm in the midst of expanding my own HO scale layout, though I don't believe mine will be quite as large as this.
@Stussmeister Thank you! Size doesn't matter haha all that's important is the enjoyment you get out of it. Expanding is always an exciting!
@@TheRailroadConnection Indeed. The folks at my model railroad club told me that you don't want a layout so massive that it becomes overwhelming.
Looks great! I especially like the large radius curves. What radius are the mainline curves?
