Kavos I think you've got a little confused over the claims Tfue is making while suing. Firstly, he never claims they are taking his prize money or tournament winnings. Banks uses the 100% prize money argument to deflect away from the brand deals issue but Tfue isn't claiming that they take any of that anyway. Tfue's concern is over brand deals. If faze have only got $60k from deals with Tfue and we believe banks when he says 80% goes to Tfue, that means the brand's deals in total have been worth $300k. Do you really think the biggest twitch streamer and the most popular Fortnite player should only have $300k in brand deals? That's insanely low. Tfue is trying to get out of the contract because faze are not bringing in many good deals and at the same time they're stopping him from making other deals. Faze have not done as much for Tfue as you make out and we should take Ninja as a reference point. Ninja was known as the best Fortnite player in the early days and without joining an organisation he blew up. He was top until Tfue started winning tournaments and was getting recognition in game as a better player. It's just as arguable that faze acknowledged Tfue was going to grow quickly so picked him up as soon as they can. But being a member of faze is not what grows you to being the top streamer at all. Did Jaomock or Cloak become the fastest growing channels when they joined? Are they now the biggest streamers too? No. Their growth is very close to how much the have achieved in game. Cloak's views grew massively when he started to win tournaments in game, the same as Tfue's has. Tfue's personality also play into it and of course a number of people such as yourself who watch faze and not Fortnite would know about him through faze, but that is a shrinking number of viewers compared to 5 years ago. Being a member of faze has held Tfue back from securing far better deals, while faze seems to be getting no good deals themselves. Tfue wants to break out of the contract as there is no reason for him to want to be in it on a business level. I agree the clauses about drinking and stunts are hypocritical from what we have seen on vlogs, but it is clear that the lawyers are simply trying to put as much pressure on as possible so faze will end the contract. Even if Tfue is seen happy and drunk, faze's lack of responsibility around underage drinking is a concern that would put pressure on them, and therefore sensible to put in as a statement. I really don't see what faze bring to the relationship, it certainly isn't a reasonable amount of money for the top streamer, and it clearly isnt viewership as other faze members get far less. All I can see is a frat house in Hollywood hills thats poorly managed and banks himself who has been proven to be lying in these explanation type videos before. I don't think Tfue is at fault for suggesting what faze bring is simply pathetic and he could do far better on his own with deals, with Ninja as a perfect example.
One thing everyone reporting keeps overlooking is that banks said “only collected 60k” they could still legally collect probably millions from Tfue whenever they would like. Ninja went over this in his video. Please like so Kavos can see this.

Do you really think the biggest twitch streamer and the most popular Fortnite player should only have $300k in brand deals? That's insanely low. Tfue is trying to get out of the contract because faze are not bringing in many good deals and at the same time they're stopping him from making other deals.
Faze have not done as much for Tfue as you make out and we should take Ninja as a reference point. Ninja was known as the best Fortnite player in the early days and without joining an organisation he blew up. He was top until Tfue started winning tournaments and was getting recognition in game as a better player. It's just as arguable that faze acknowledged Tfue was going to grow quickly so picked him up as soon as they can. But being a member of faze is not what grows you to being the top streamer at all. Did Jaomock or Cloak become the fastest growing channels when they joined? Are they now the biggest streamers too? No. Their growth is very close to how much the have achieved in game. Cloak's views grew massively when he started to win tournaments in game, the same as Tfue's has. Tfue's personality also play into it and of course a number of people such as yourself who watch faze and not Fortnite would know about him through faze, but that is a shrinking number of viewers compared to 5 years ago.
Being a member of faze has held Tfue back from securing far better deals, while faze seems to be getting no good deals themselves. Tfue wants to break out of the contract as there is no reason for him to want to be in it on a business level.
I agree the clauses about drinking and stunts are hypocritical from what we have seen on vlogs, but it is clear that the lawyers are simply trying to put as much pressure on as possible so faze will end the contract. Even if Tfue is seen happy and drunk, faze's lack of responsibility around underage drinking is a concern that would put pressure on them, and therefore sensible to put in as a statement.
I really don't see what faze bring to the relationship, it certainly isn't a reasonable amount of money for the top streamer, and it clearly isnt viewership as other faze members get far less. All I can see is a frat house in Hollywood hills thats poorly managed and banks himself who has been proven to be lying in these explanation type videos before.
I don't think Tfue is at fault for suggesting what faze bring is simply pathetic and he could do far better on his own with deals, with Ninja as a perfect example.
