Hard to catch lightning in a bottle twice, but Hollywood has not had an original idea in decades, so certainly possible. I would like to see David and Nathan do an "Odd Couple" reboot. Unknowns (NOT mickey mouse club refugees) would have to play the grown up kids to suspend my disbelief.
I think she looks younger and healthier than when Bones ended because her kids are older and she's had a break from acting. Emily's not the "typical" Hollywood actress and pushed the "perfect" body after her pregnancy. She was real. You don't just bounce back after giving birth. She, herself even said that she was burned out after Bones. She focused on herself and her kids.

It is totally sweet that they do mention each other even 5 years later and are close. Emily and David B def have a sweet friendship awww... Never had any desire to watch Castle. Imo, I feel like that show is a copy cat of Bones, doing similar SLs from images I have seen online. I heard the 2 actors on Castle didn't end well with each other on their show which is sad.

Just not something I'd watch more than 1½ times. Meaning jumping over episodes. Lol Love the Rookie. It's one of those shows that have you falling in love with the characters you first rooted against. Very much prefer the Rookie over Rookie Fbi version. We found the only way to avoid the deja vue feeling (since they're essentially all the same genre) is to find the tv shows with casts we can/do love.

I do not think Bones got the acclaim it deserved. Everyone complained about girls not going into science as a profession but nobody bothered to point out that on the Bones show the most intelligent person on the show was a female scientist. Bones was great for anyone who loves trivia because BONES was always spewing out interesting trivia !

Very down to earth and from what I have heard from fans who met her and co-workers/friends from Bones and other series she did, she is the sweetest person. According to one of the Bones producers, he said Emily and Michaela Conlin (who played Angela on Bones and is best friends with Emily IRL) are the sweetest people you'd ever want to meet. This is a consensus among anyone in interviews when asked about Emily😊
Love bones. Only just recently watched the whole series. I think it'd be neat to have more... Maybe even just like tv movies like PSYCH has been creating. A series on young Temperance Brennan and her life as she grew up into her anthropology studies could be cool too. Had to laugh when she said never on the occult in bones... There was definitely the creepy Gormigon cult! How could she forget?! LOL Still traumatized by Lance Sweets exit... I feel like they could've ended his role without tragedy. His character was a huge part of the story. Adored his character the whole show 💗
I also don't understand the need to kill off characters when the actors decide to leave. Can't they just run off to a different state, city, job whatever???
I absolutely love her! I loved her in Rose Red and I'm currently watching all of the Bones episodes. I have them set to record daily on Cozi TV. This is my third round for the series. The only other two that I've watched more is Supernatural and Charmed. I would love to see this new one with Emily.

Reboot in subject but sequel in the description. There is a big difference. Reboot means new show with new actors playing the original characters. Revival\sequel is bring back the original actors to continue the show.
David Boreanaz said he would never ever play Seely Booth again & T.J.Thyne said he was done playing Jack Hodgins, so that puts an end to the Bones reboot.
