He should understand that yearly increase or rate cannot just be calculated but dividing rate of increase in 18 years just by dividing by 18. Its basics maths rate is calculated wrt previous year.
this should be challenged in honourable SC court must save this under basic doctrine without any survey and report this reservation violates the cap of 50percent and the violation of indra shwaney vs uoi case u can't deny the 9judge verdict
