    As it is now, it shows a lack of architectural imagination. Cookie cutter buildings.

      He used more than 14years to build this even before he went into politics, what has your father been doing for the past 14yrs with his genuine money?

      I pity u if this is your mindset! Anything yù see in kwahu is deservedly earned thru hardwork. If yu don't know a people get closer to them and learn from them rather than spreading envy and jealousy. There are ppl who will always prosper than others coz God has made them so. Appreciate God's unique gifts destined for us but which some hv abandoned for laziness sake

    This is foolishness at its heighest, this is an OVERBUILT EDIFICE in the WRONG PLACE filled with majority poor people. It will be empty all year round

      Prophet of doom, the usual Ghanaian pull him down character. If people were not patronizing it, will the owner be building a phase 2? He should have built it at Accra? Is that your thinking? You lack vision,

      Because it's not in Accra so you will write nonsense

    • @amagyebi
      @amagyebi ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Am not sure he is a prophet of doom or as someone said a Pull him down syndrome. Am very certain as he said, the place will be empty all year round except for certain occasions. Maintenance of hotels is enormous especially cost of power so if occupancy falls even below 80% you will lose and cannot make profit.

    • @frankbediako1372

      @@amagyebi Why is the hotel expanding if there is ni patronage? Do your research before you spew gibberish. It has not only one the popular resorts but also for other activities.
