On December 13, 2023, Nanay's blood pressure spiked, prompting me to rush her to Baguio General Hospital for a check-up. I was both hopeful and eager for her to deliver the baby, as she had been facing challenges in her pregnancy every night. As it turned out, she was already 1 cm dilated and needed to give birth on that very day. Despite the joy of welcoming our baby, not everything was smooth, as he had to stay in the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit from December 13 to December 17. Thankfully, he's doing well now.
