How do u get such energy... getting up so early and managing kids and sleeping just 1 hour in the noon🥳i too have 2 kids...elder one is 6 and younger one has just turned 1 recently...but I get very much exausted and lacks energy while managing house and kids. please give some tips to remain energetic, healthy and active.

Yash went to drop Heet and then came home had breakfast and went again for office... So Diya went for a while and came back
