Siri has become much less responsive for me in the last few days, basically since about the time I heard about the lawsuit regarding data. I have always used the stock mail app since my 3GS so I’m pretty unfamiliar with alternatives. I can’t believe Apple crippled their own apps so bad and can’t seem to fix them.
This problem has been ongoing for months and Apple has turned their backs on it. I’m surprised that not more iPhone users aren’t screaming about this problem. im in iOS 18.2.1 Ive been having an issue on my 16 Pro Max, where Face ID takes longer than normal to unlock, and sometimes if I try to open the camera while its trying to unlock, the camera app will stay with a black screen indefinitely until I leave the app wait til Face ID unlocks. sometimes it only fixes after I unlock with the Pin
this has been the case ever since bought it on iOS 18.1.
Hold up. How exactly are mag chargers suppose to be updated?
Siri has become much less responsive for me in the last few days, basically since about the time I heard about the lawsuit regarding data. I'm not saying they are related, I don't know, but the difference is extreme (for me at least.) I used to be able to talk to Siri from another room and it was very responsive, now, I can be right on top of the phone and I often have to repeat the request multiple times. It's to the point it is all but useless without physically using the button. I have not heard yet of others having this issue and would be interested if others are noticing the same.
Hey Aaron, great video 😊
I’m on iOS 18.2.1 everything seems perfectly fine battery life is great even while apps are using location services 24/7 I get all day battery for the most part even with heavy usage.
Am I the only the one who has been having issues with the camera app? Every time I open the app or even zoom it freezes for a solid 5 seconds and then fixes itself. But when I close it and reopen it, it does it again. Like it has to buffer
Still can’t print.
Lost an AirPod pro that went dead. Can anyone still use it if they found it?
The Full page screenshot was available in 18.2.1. I am using iPad Air M2 on iPadOS 18.2.1 and I saw this feature before I saw this video.
I’m in the uk iPhone 15 pro max iOS 18.2.1 and can already do the hearing test with my airPods pro
When are they going to fix mail noticafations
never
Hopefully with iOS 18.4
Mail notifications are working OK right now but you need to make sure you go in and enable them. For whatever reason they change the way that works and if you don’t change it, you won’t get the notifications.
@@zollotech so with iOS 18.3 you gotta go back through your Mail notifications and make sure everything is turned on properly? And alerts and vibrations are working properly too.
@@zollotech
Why would anyone switch off there mail notifications. Not likely. If mail notifications worked on 17.7, they still should be working on 18.2 and beyond. Mail notifications just no longer works on older devices like mine. (12PM)
There’s still a bug issue plain and simple.
Even Apple support is no help.
Im on 18.3 beta 3.
It is probably the best iOS 18 version by far. I cannot believe the beta is even better than the official 18.2.1, which has been over heating, sluggish, and unresponsive. Its been half life span of ios 18 and we still do no have an official version thats stable and has full features that they claimed. Thats ridiculous.
I wanna this wallpaper :D
always linked in the description
@@zollotech❤ I see
iOS needs to bring a universal back button in its UI just like android. Swiping back on ios is so annoying.
Please talk about also iPhone 15 missing wallpaper
Aaron, do you or have you heard of any issues with the Mail app? On my M1 iPad Pro, when I open the Mail app, as the app is downloading new messages all of the messages flash on the screen. This happens most of the time on my iPad Pro. On my iPhone 16 Pro Max, it is intermittent. Sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesn’t. Would like to know if you’ve heard of this. Thank you and keep up the great work.
I havent had that issue myself. I did have notification issues, but turns out you need to change the settings for them to come through properly and Apple didn't make it clear.
@@zollotech
So what are the settings? My config settings seem properly set and nothing is turned on in Focus.
sir please highlight this issue i am using 16 pro max on ios 18.2.1 and i am having really bad touch issues on the side of camera control botton and near the dynamic island the hotspot gets disconnected when i lock the phone its bearible but the touch gate issue is frustrating the letters near P on the keyboard and spacebar dosent respond i had to touch them thrice many times it was the issue with my device since ios 18.2 my device is js 20 days old can u please tell me if its a hardware issue or software is anyone still having touchgate issues on 16 pro max or is it just me .....thanx
I would go to the Apple Store and schedule meeting with the genius bar. I was having touch responsive issues in a bit of stuttering on my 16th Pro Max, and went to the genius bar and when they ran the evaluation, they said my logic board failed and since it was less than a month, they just gave me a new phone though that’s just because I paid in full if you didn’t they’ll just replace the logic board for free and they’ll take like one hour
Battery was much better on 18.2 than 18.2.1 IPhone 16 pro max.
I’m not understanding why the 15 pro can’t use visual intelligence
RAM is the main reason
@@zollotech15 pro got 8gb of ram, so the real reason is because no camera control button
I suspect the reason it can’t do visual intelligence has more to do with marketing
@ that’s also true
@@RamiereasYou don’t need it, as Visual Intelligence is literally identical to Google’s Holo Lens. No RAM requirements or extra buttons needed. Just download and try.
I don't understand the bad battery life people are complaining about. I've gotten 2days and 10 hrs SOT on my iPhone 15 after 18.2.1 update
Bro… what features you switched off?
Might be you did these things…
Switchoff mobile data
Switch off paralax effect
Turn off location services
Turn off bluetooth…
I’m having the touch bug
waiting for iOS 19 🔥👍🏻
I'm having issues with notification lighting up my screen on lock screen ...and I've checked every damn thing inside the settings... I'm on iOS 18.2.1 and a 14pro
Many bug issues still exist with older iPhones, especially with notifications.
How did you get your dock so black?
It's just the wallpaper
And probably using dark mode
Mention beta in your video title. We aren't interested in all the videos, only the ones with final release
What’s the best email app for iPhone? I haven’t gotten an email notification since 18.2 so I guess it time to find a better alternative. Gmail? I have always used the stock mail app since my 3GS so I’m pretty unfamiliar with alternatives. I can’t believe Apple crippled their own apps so bad and can’t seem to fix them.
This problem has been ongoing for months and Apple has turned their backs on it. I’m surprised that not more iPhone users aren’t screaming about this problem. I’ve tried almost every other email app without success (outlook, yahoo, gmail, iCloud). It’s not an app issue nor a configuration settings issue. It’s definitely an IOS 18 bug issue. At this point, I doubt Apple will ever fix this problem unless there’s a mass uproar.
I use gmail, 3 accounts, works flawlessly. I also have yahoo mail, 2 accounts, also works ok. 18.2.1 on 16 PM.
@@lucianpalievici
Of course it works for you.
The people it doesn’t work for are those on older devices.
@ if they are on 18.2 probably it’s not an iDevice that old. I also have an iPad Pro (2018) and I don’t have any problems with Gmail or Yahoo apps.
Any iPhone with an A12 Bionic chip or later can run iOS 18.2, which includes iPhone XR, iPhone 11, thru iPhone 16.
But Apple new email notification issues are those with iPhone 14 and before.
Is it me?? Or with this new update my phone calls drop immediately when I try to call someone. 🤦♂️ or is this happening to anyone else??
Since beta 18.1 I have problem with Siri and write 3 times to apple but the don’t fix it. I use AP2 and listen to AM1 Siri ask me to read a message I sake my head Siri read the messages after AM1 stop playing it’s a mess if you make your daily fitness you always must start playing music it’s boring u have any experience about this if yes can u pls report this thanks Gerhard
i js hope apple doesn't make their app icons circular
I notised with 18.2.1 less responsive on screen touch, after reset better
I hope iOS 19 adds an option to remove the stupid swipe bar at the bottom of the screen. why this hasn't been done from the beginning is beyond me but its simple as a toggle in the settings. and I was today years old when I learned I could update my MagSafe charger..
I am thinking about upgrading to the iPhone 13 as that is cheaper
Not sure if anybody else had a problem with apple intelligence/siri, but sometimes for some reason when i say "siri" or "hey siri" it doesn't pop up at all and requires a restart to fix everytime.
I have the same touch bug on google chrome. Sometimes on TH-cam too.
Aaron, can you do a video showing us how to downgrade to an unsigned version of iOS. I really wanna go back to iOS 17
You’re asking the wrong guy. He won’t help.
Yes Face ID still an issue on my 15 pro
Good morning ☀️
Good morning! 👋
Ever since the advent of IOS 18 the audible alert for new Apple email has not worked. I asked Aaron if Apple was aware of this, as I’m tired of having to physically check my phone every hour. Aaron didn’t reply. He even admitted his daughter had this problem. I asked him if it was ever resolved on her phone. Again, no reply. I believe this bug is more prevalent on older devices like mine (12PM). I asked Aaron if subsequent updates would address this issue. Again, no reply. He just doesn’t care to help, but he sure wants our clicks, views.
1:31 Tennessee is working on it also. TN state bill SB2661.
Battery life on the latest public Beta is really good on my iPhone 16 pro max prob the best it’s been for months 👍🇬🇧
SE3 here still going strong, waiting on the SE4 to drop
Im on iphone 15 pro max ios 17.6.1 i dont think im gonna update for some reason i think ios 17.6.1 have the best battery life i get 2 days battery life before i have too charge again
We don’t want to be able delete the girlfriends ex from the photos. We just want Siri to know how to turn off the lights when we say "Turn off the lights," instead of giving us a list of all accessories or asking which one.
