5 day work is good. Shorten working days not necessary shorten the amount of work load. For permanent work, I personally prefers to work from office. There will be more human touch in office. It makes working life more enjoyble and healthy to have regular lunch break with colleagues. Whereas working from home is like a robot working from morning till end of the work day. Communication is either via whatapps or emails. My mental well-being had decreased due to stress. Which i had experienced it during Covid time. Those days i also have water retention in my legs.. due to long hours of sitting. Toilet just a few steps away and no outdoor lunch break. If continue, my health will also be affected. Perhaps for some may have their own reasons and need to work from home.

每天加一或两个小时，一周做4天我会开心很多，钱也会很快贡献出来 哈哈！目前来说亚洲国家走四天制不太靠谱，但可以试试。再不然就慢慢来，可能先试alternate week，看有什么影响咯

去防问那些毫无人力管理的人那能得到正确的答案？ 有些行业和工作4天制是对老板顾主有利大大的减低人力成本，尤其是有轮班制须24小时超作的行业， 4天制每天工作12 小时会让公司减少50% 的人力成本又不影响公司营运。
