Caitlin Clark by far is the biggest draw in the WNBA, it cannot be denied or questioned. As you said the league was on a trajectory already but it was not catapulted like this until Caitlin Clark. With this being said it doesn't make Caitlin Clark the best player in the league she is not by far it also doesn't mean that she is supposed to be praised every single time someone talks about the WNBA. All players don't have to show appreciation to her nobody owes Caitlin Clark anything and Caitlin Clark don't owe anybody anything herself. Caitlin has the potential to be as great as anyone has ever been in the league, she has the same chances that many others have if they work on their games. I don't mind admitting that but I do have a problem with people saying the league would not exist without her because that couldn't be further from the truth.
