Bro, sorry for bothering you again. In few parts, I applied the coating and wiped gently but it did not wipe completely. Now It has dried and I can see multiple spots on the bike where there is a mark of coating. What to do.

The roughness on the paint is due to residue of ceramic compound. Clay bar is an option to smoothen the surface.

No do not put any cover on the bike after applying the coat for at least 2 days. You can park it under a shade away from dust and sunlight.

Try removing them without any pressure

The only solution to fix this is removing the coating by using a cutter polish
