Fair enough, I have a 12 ovation with a plastic bowl back , it creaks slightly and I don’t like how it moves around if you play it sitting down , but it terms of sound it’s fantastic so I’m not against having a guitar made out of something other than wood , but I haven’t had the pleasure of playing a carbon fibre , in terms of sound and tone do they put perform wood ? I get what you are saying about being in the dessert 😂
@@Magicalfluidprocess first, disclaimer: I did not buy the Emerald. I already had a RainSong Jumbo 6 string, so added a RainSong Jumbo 12 string, to have a matched pair! Tone is subjective, BUT, my brother-in-law, who has a 20 year old Martin D-28, grabs my RainSongs every time he visit… he loves the tone! Does carbon it sound exactly like a high end solid wood guitar, guitar No… But, does it sound like a great guitar, Yes…. Every Day! Once my ears got used to the sound of carbon, it sounds perfect. I have LR Baggs Stagepro Anthems in both, and the amplified sound is the best! When I come off stage, invariably I will get a compliment from sound-men, managers, other musicians, on the tone! I set the EQ flat, and the TruMic to Element set at 50-50%, and it sounds perfect through any amp, board or combination thereof. Combined with the stability of carbon,(they never go out of tune during a show… or between string changes, for that matter), they are the best stage guitars, in my mind. I only have one wooden guitar left, an 8 string Alvarez. It sits in a case humidifying, while the RainSongs sit on stands, ready to be played on a moments notice. It is a very cool guitar, but wish it was carbon, so it could sit out. Thinking of installing a HyVibe in the Alvarez. If I like it, I will install one on the RainSong 12 string, (the 6 string’s stage tone is too perfect to mess with). BTW, the guitar in my profile picture is a Korean built Ovation D-scale! 28” scale, tuned D to D. It was a nice stage guitar, but nothing compares to, (high quality), carbon fiber guitars. I have friends that gig with both Emerald and McPherson carbon guitars, and they are great, as well. Keep strumming!
Mark, I currently have the Tonewood for my Taylor 12 string. This technology is wayyyyy past what was previously available. Wireless looping! Where was I when Velcro was invented. Great guitar!
Great review! I've had my eye on this for a while. This looks like the PERFECT guitar for busking. The price is pretty high and I'd like some other style and finish options but I may have to just jump in and take what they are offering instead of waiting.
Your business is sound equipment, right? I don't understand why it is not possible for you to record a video without humming. It's not only you. I'm very interested in this guitar and watched some videos. Many content makers have problems with good sound quality in their videos. This confuses me.
what, you're telling me you're not tricking us? What if there's another hidden cable somewhere? Joking, I already know its a *weird* guitar. I think I like the looper more than the FX. Maybe a very light reverb is ok, if the acoustics of the location aren't great.
Yes, you can use an external bluetooth pedal to record loops or just use the guitar itself. Although, using the looper is much easier and you can record as long a loop as you want and it can even be a strange amount of bars if you wanted that. But the sound is coming out of the guitar so you don't need a pedal.

easily the most amazing thing ever for a musician. i need one
I can't believe all that the guitar does it's absolutely exquisite. 😬
Emerald Guitars from Ireland are now offering HyVibe in nearly all of their models…. Thinking of the X30 jumbo!
They’re twice as much
@@Magicalfluidprocess yes, but they are carbon fiber, so worth it,(at least for someone like me who lives in the desert, and gigs.

Have had mine about 4 months...so much fun. Like playing with another person....once I start playing it is hard to put it down.
Magic guitar!!! OMG I loved this guitar
Beautiful! Which model is this please?
Can you add multiple loops? First do chords and then some rythm for example?
As for now, only one loop avail
I'm probably just gonna get the $400 Hyvibe kit and install it in my Fender Malibu Player.
What is the red pedal used with the Lag guitar Hyvibe
How's the action and neck playability?
It felt like Ocean Machine for a minute there
Can you record from your phone??
I'm saving up for my birthday to get this guitar. I see the price is rising already, however.

Are these made in France? or China?
hi im led to believe that the looper is also built inside the guitar so no need for a pedal ??????

Can you please let me know the name of the pedal?
