I made that mistake recently by trying to not shampoo on washday before I did my twist out! Shampooing every time you do a twist out makes a BIG difference.💯

Thank you. I must say though that when I loosen my twist out, I cannot separate them if not all the curls disappear and trust me it was dry, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

I think that your twist out was beautiful! I like my hair a little thicker curls when I separate the hair but our textures are a lot alike.
