His house, cars, his company shares. same this is happening to other industrialist. and government has not pardon any money, its individual bank and RBI's decision, They recovered some money and some money are unrecoverable. For example, 2008 US, people were not able to pay home loan as they lost their jobs. same thing happen in India bcoz of recession some of the businesses were not able to pay loan taken during boom period.
