I wonder if you could cover the issues of safety in Nampa as well. Perhaps have a talk with the Chief of Police of Nampa, like you had for Caldwell? If you google Nampa, just like Caldwell, it doesn't return a flattering view of Nampa in this respect. To the question of gangs that were dealt with in early 2000, some say, now they are coming out of prisons, and the crime will go up again. It'd be very interesting to hear what the Nampa police says about it. Would we able we feel safe in Nampa in coming years? Why google still says that Nampa is unsafe? Somebody asked the same question about Caldwell in your video. It'd be good to get answers to these questions for Nampa. Thank you!
Wow that is a great idea. Thank you for bringing that up. I will definitely do that. We were working on having the Mayor of Nampa on the video but we just couldn’t find an overlap in scheduling

However the issue of safety in Nampa keeps coming up. A Boise realtor recently put out a video - Why people are leaving Nampa (th-cam.com/video/KEGRDzQ6m6s/w-d-xo.html) and one of his most strong points was that Nampa has more crime than any other city in Treasure Valley. He also said that Sugar Factory produces a lot of bad smell all over Nampa. Yes, there was a smell problem, but in the past. The Sugar Beet factory installed a new filtration system in 2023 and the smell issue went away. It was mostly noticeable in North Nampa, because of the prevailing winds. But, living in Nampa since 2021, I can tell that the infamous Nampa smell issue doesn't exist anymore, yet many realtors still make a big CON case for Nampa in terms of the smell. I had many conversations with the Environmental Director of the factory. His name is Kyle Bair, District Environmental Manager, 208-468-6844. He can provide current information on what they did using the new filtration system to get rid of the smell that might deserve yet another video about Nampa. Thanks again!
Thank you for the support. Unfortunately that is why I keep hammering on this topic because many people online make claims about Nampa that simply aren’t true. Fear sells that’s why we keep seeing it even if it holds no ground. I will definitely reach out to Kyle and see if he would like to interview about the subject. Thanks to you and Judit, we landed in Caldwell. I wish there had been a video as comprehensive as this one when we were thinking of moving to Idaho. Luckily, we found you and your guidance helped us get the right house for us. Great job on this video.

It has been a while since you posted a video, and I was just thinking about your videos the other day. 🤔 This deep dive video on Caldwell is a grand slam home run, Isaac! 👍👍👍👍👍 Since we became interested in Idaho, I've seen several videos on Caldwell. This one is the very best one that I've seen.👏👏👏Though we do not plan to move to Caldwell due to logistical reasons related to aging, your video sure does make me want to move there. 😍 It is kinda like where we live now. It has been a really long time since I attended a rodeo. The one they have in Caldwell sounds really good, so maybe we'll check it and some other sights out some day and try some of those local eateries you mentioned. 🎸🎸🎸
I'g glad you found this useful. I did some serious restructuring in the video making process which slowed me down. I had to work on building it instead of working on the videos but we are full steam ahead now. Shooting for Highest quality, Longer and more in depth videos. I really am happy to see that you noticed that right away. Next video will be Nampa so stay tuned. It is going to be a great one

I've heard about crime in Caldwell being a problem from some people, but having the Police Chief comment really added some credibility to that topic in the video. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to the next one. By the way, I wouldn't mind seeing something like this for Star and Meridian, places on our radar right now.
It's nothing new. Builders have done it forever. It's just necessary to find the best builder you can.. If you don't like how they build homes, then maybe you can hire a general contractor to build your home to your spec's. Keep in mind that quality costs money. Money that a lot of people don't want to pay or can't afford to pay.
I would consider buying new but all I hear about new construction is how low quality the workmanship is compared to older houses. ( whoops, I typed this just before you started talking about quality ) Great video, Isaac. You create some high quality stuff, and this makes me want to consider looking for an apt there , and selling my twin falls house.

developers are notorious for cutting corners and going as cheep as possible on supplies. . .. nice video, great overview :)
