If I am not mistaken and someone correct me if I am. He is one of the teachers in the Islamic University of Madinah and he also gives lessons in masjid nabawi so your best option would be in madinah and Allah knows best.

@M43K it's true! Mufti Menk is not a person you should rely on as he has been refuted by a major scholar and his manhaj and aqidah (creed) is not good/not clear as well. So do not rely on him
