I still can't setup mine! I do everything as he said, but at ~6%, the outlet turns off and it never turns on again. And of course, the setup fails when it reaches 100% :/
THIS WORKED FOR ME - SECOND CONNECTION OPTION - AP MODE. Not sure if yours has AP MODE but you basically hold it down longer than 5 seconds, more like 10-20 seconds. Its in AP MODE when its blinking but just not as fast as the other mode. AP MODE HOLD DOWN FOR 15 SECONDS BLINKS SLOWLY GOTO YOUR PHONES WIFI SETTINGS CONNECT TO THE PLUG (AP MODE MAKES THE WIFI OF THE PLUG VISIBLE) GO ON APP CLICK AP MODE ENTER IN YOUR WIFI PASSWORD AND BAM SHOULD CONNECT AT LIKE 40%

I’ve tried 100x to get this thing to work but it just won’t work. It’s worth mentioning that I’m in Vancouver, Canada 🇨🇦 so I have a Telus T3200M router. Has anybody else been able to get this working with the Telus T3200M router? I pick this up for $5.00 at Walmart and I would like to keep it but I cannot figure this out for the life of me and I’m only 30 so I’m usually great with technology 🤔. Like everyone else I tryed to use my devices and none of them would work I have three of them hooked up right now and none of them would work when the day before all three of them or working "just fine" it's impossible they're all going to wear out at the same time across the country, and have their devices totally stopped working on the "same exact day" that mine's not working. If you have a BT router then change the 2.4 G network mode to "Mode 3" while you connect, then you can change it back.
