This recipe made 30 x 4-4.5cm macarons and I had some filling left over. You can be a bit more generous than I was :)

100 gm powdered sugar
80 gm egg whites, 2 batches 40 gm each
gm sugar
yellow food color (powdered)

Cream dairy or non dairy ?
Dairy cream! I haven't tried any vegetable cream like Elmlea so you'd have to give it a go yourself and let me know :)
