If you do a stipulation of using only wrestlers you haven't used before - you might have to make an addendum. Something like, can also use any local talent, or can also use any of the lowest tier wrestlers. I think for the first few weeks as you are trying to build up money, you might be stuck in situations where you don't have talent scouts or money enough to find ones you haven't used before.
It would be tough! I’d have to go back and make a note of everyone we used! lol!!
I think once more of your stars are in the 80's / 90's you will see more money coming in.
