I would KILL for a version of this game where not only are you in the House Party house, but the actual events of the game House Party are taking place around you, complete with voice acting and everything.

That "House Party" house asset is called "HQ Residential House" and John Wolfe saw it SO much playing horror games, he did a whole GameJam contest where people would use the asset to make him little games. It was great.
Fun fact, the music video for Paint Me Silver by Pond uses the House Party house

So gyatt means ass, like “gdang that ass” it’s an expression (and now a noun) meaning surprise of how nice an ass looks. Rizzler is like riddler but with rizz. Rizz being swag or charisma.
@1722 Rizzler i can understand, but i have no idea where anyone got the other stuff from. gyatt makes me think of gat, which is a gun. and i don't like the idea of anybody's ass being a gun.

Danny saying he has a love for rats makes my heart smile. I actually had to take my boy rat in to the vet the day this aired, he’s doing okay right now but I was terrified and it was a scary day. This was a fun thing to be able to relax and watch with my boy :)

@omwendys The game looks like it controls like shit but at the same time Arin does manage to make things harder for himself. He uses the poison spit early on which should establish to him you can use it to knock the house owners down for a little while and yet he doesn't use it on them again until 20 mins into the video....The only time he used it before that was to spit at the pestman after the game clearly tells you to hide from the pestman
Mama mia, the memories of the TotK playthrough are flooding back.
But in a way, it kind of makes it all worth it for the few moments where he accidentally pulls off those incredibly clutch moves.

The grumps will be pleased to know that there practically IS a genre of "House Party House Games". John Wolfe has made three separate videos dedicated to different games in that house, and even wants to do a Gamejam with "use that house" as the theme.
This kind of game was made for Game Grumps. Right up there with the dating sims, find em' games, the legendary man in fedora walks around and swears game, the fart on command game, and goose game. Love that for them.
This game was unexpectedly fun. I kind of want to see more, like does this rat eventually invade the space station?

It’s all fun and games until you try to move your recycling bin up the driveway while listening to a grump’s episode and the lid to the bin flies open because of the high wind and hits you in the face.
Not that strange that Dan mentioned Fiddler on the Roof in this episode. What are the odds that after watching this, I went back to where I left off on episode 63 in their Ocarina of Time playthrough from 2016, having already started the episode previously at about a minute in, and immediately when I clicked play, Dan mentions Fiddler on the Roof?
As a rat farmer, I have multiple things to say about this one 😂
A) I love this content
B) Some rats have "Dumbo" ears, yes that's literally what it's called.
C) They most definitely troll you once they've escaped
And D) "I swear I just saw a rat" is such a common occurrence in my life, at work we call it "the rat reflex" 🤣🐀
