Hey Pam! I love using stamps! I don’t care if it’s uneven and doesn’t come out every time. I think that’s part of the character and charm it gives to your journals or whatever you’re making. I know you don’t care for them but, I like the clear stamps. In fact I just recently picked up five packs of stamps from Dollar tree the other day. AND!, they have the clear acrylic block to mount them on too!! Score! I love them. I made me a box that opens like a suitcase. Decorated it all pretty. That’s where I keep all my stamping supplies. Works perfect for me. I’m glad you like stamps as much as I do. I was watching, just this morning another TH-camr I enjoy and she does not like stamping things bc of the inconsistency of stamps. We’re all different and that’s what makes the world go round right! Enjoyed the video Pam. See ya next time!

How fun! I love that we're all different in our preferences for tools. I bought my first silicone stamps back in 2008, had no clue about acrylic blocks so I found them difficult to use and tossed them in a box and forgot them until about 3 years ago. I was in Hobby Lobby and saw an acrylic block. I swear I stood there, jaw dropped for minutes 😂. I bought it and fell in love again with silicone stamps. I can store so many in a small space and can easily flip through them to see what I have. I do wipe them and my blocks with a wet baby wipe after use, and store them on their acetate in zip locks. Those original silicone stamps from 2008, I was able to revive from their coat of acrylic pain and dust with hot soapy water and they're rocking again! 😂❤❤
While I set up some Junk Journal craftiness at a local Community sale today, I shared your name and channel as my go to for JJ fun. Hopefully you will be visited by many nice folks maybe get new subscribers 😊 Funny you are stamping today as that was my number one sale of my unwanted stamp sets. good morning!!❤ loving this so much. Im enjoying the composition book process. I have some blank ones so I can actually do this. Make them more interesting to write in. I wish I had done this while I was in school ages ago id have a cool collection of notebooks from then! I embellished with stickers, highlighters and ink drawings instead. Im gonna do it for nostalgia. Just make some 80s-90s inspo throwbacks.

I really am liking this particular journal. Your stamping method has a definite look to it. I need to adopt more reckless abandon and not be so uptight about the perfection of how a stamp image comes out.
It would ink the stamps better if you tap up and down instead of rubbing your ink pad. Also store stamp pad upside down so ink comes to top of pad. Enjoyed watching your videos since I found your channel.

Pam when you ink your stamp, tap the stamp on their k pad. Swiping doesn't always get a good inking on your stamp

Your camera is not in focus.
For some reason my old block stamps never "impressed" me much. My Dylusion stamps and even the cheap clear stamps from Temu stamp the best for me.
I have hundreds of stamps that I paid big bucks for before I found Temu. I'm with you about Temu's stamps being cheap and high quality……I get all my craft stuff from Temu now.
