Currently 39 weeks with my second. First birth was in a hospital with an epidural. This time I plan to go to a birth house and do it unmedicated. Your video was SO inspiring. What we're your "thoughts" during labor? What gave you the strength and took away the fear?
Congratulations mama! You got this🙏🏻 For me, it is all about your mindset. Knowing that you CAN and ARE capable of doing this. It is completely natural and your body knows what to do. My main thing is to tell myself not to freak out. If you freak out, you lose control! And you want to stay in control the whole time! I could go on and on. But remember to stay relaxed and know the pain is only temporary 💕
You did so great mama. Staying up and moving, relaxing into your body. As a doula, it's so amazing and wonderful to see mamas work so beautifully with their labor. Such a peaceful birth.

Ok so honey you have a very rare body. You were made for this. You listened to your instincts, knew when it was time to strip off those shorts, instructed everyone on how you needed the bed, and poof, there was your daughter. Unreal how controlled and calm you were. You were stressed but totally and completely the one in charge. This is truly everyone's dream in home birthing. Even for the midwives, they rarely see births so calm. What a treat for everyone. And I heard grandma in the background, which brought back very fond memories for me of my 16 grandkids' births. Just beautiful!!

Honestly, I love the real depiction of your husband. I sometimes worry that when I have a baby with my husband, he won’t be by my side and encouraging me every second of the time. But I think your husband had a realistic response of how a husband would act in this situation. Thank you for posting this.
See I thought he didn’t do enough for my preference! Mine gives me massages and brings me the oils and encourages me the entire time. But each man is different and I’m glad it’s what she needed. She’s so strong so maybe I need more support then her! ❤
