I think based off of the fact that the dropped item behaves strangely sometimes when it is first dropped, that it is probably a plug-in cuz I believe it is possible to make plugins hidden from the plugin list, and it's really cool that it was done, cuz it just adds to Ranboo's character

If you just punch glass with your fist, you don't receive anything but if you break the glass with silk touch you get glass instead. Same with grass, it would normally turn into dirt but if you use silk touch on it, you will get a grass block.
